“Ready to go back!!!”

The hotel was VERY nice and clean. It was also very quiet on our floor. The bed and bedding was extremely nice. Very home like, not a hotel feel.Everyone was nice and helpful. I would differently suggest this hotel to anyone,

“Great Baltimore Hotel”

This hotel was ideal for me. I went to visit the dental school and it was conveniently located to everything - the school, public transportation, restaurants, and shopping complex. It was also affordable.

Four blocks from Camden Yards. Three blocks from Baltimore Convention Center. Easy walk to the Inner Harbor. Great pool. Friendly & customer service oriented staff. I'd go back!

The Sheraton was clean, the room had a great view. Courteous staff. The room service was great , the food was delicious. The restaurant had a great staff. The shiuttle was convient because my family was there due to our son being at john hospital, having the shuttle to take some of the stress off of our shoulders was a blessing, we did not have to worry about parking.

The hotel was not in the best section of Baltimore, however the staff was wonderful and attentive. The room was spectacular, very clean and the Sleep Number bed was absolutely wonderful. I can't wait to go back for another stay, I am planning a weekend trip in the fall.

“Great Place for Baltimore Marathon Weekend”

Exceptional, friendly service, from the point we pulled up to the front curb to the time we checked out. Both check-in and check-out were lightning quick and everyone was so friendly. Hotel room was a little small, but furnishings were very comfortable. We were in town for the Baltimore Marathon weekend and the hotel was in a great location for us to get to the marathon start, as well as to get to the inner harbor and other places we wanted to see. Additionally, even though the hotel was fully booked, there was more than adequate staffing to ensure quick service. Would definitely stay there again.
