Excellent hospitality, as u would expect from any sheraton. Very warm, friendly staff, very clean comfortable rooms. Convenient skywalk to mall across the street. Great deal for the price!

The hotel was exceptional, from the food, service and of course the bed. The most comfortable bed and pillows. The shopping plaza was nice to access from the hotel.

“Excellent Location in Towson”

This hotel has excellent amenities with an adjoining ramp garage and a bridge to one of the areas largest shopping malls. TGI Friday's is just across the bridge. On the opposite corner is a smaller regional strip mall with an excellent "pub" and a grocery for convenience items. Terrific sports facilities and friendly bar tenders with alight menu for a late night quick bite to eat. I would go out of my way to stay here again.

“Excellent Stay”

Had an enjoyable stay even though some local construction was taking place. There was never a shortage of parking spaces close to the elevators. The breakfast buffet was well worth the price and service was great. Polite and friendly staff with thorough maid service. Within walking distance of some great restaurants and no fears of being out after dark like other areas of Baltimore. This stay was all business but I plan on going back with the family.

I was very impressed with the quality of this hotel. Sheets were great quality and customer service was excellent. Room had the feel of a "W" Hotel wihtout the cost. Room service was quick and food was great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

“lovely, great location...please shock the pool!”

great hotel, top notch room, helpful friendly staff...great location with walkway to large mall..not what I would call a "skywalk" but handy for shopping and snacks...also market acreoss the street. Hot tub was great! Pool could have been lovely...but needed shocked BADLY!!Whole pool area needed some tlc and the lifeguard did NOTHING except take kids out of the hottub...where he could have been helpful...here are the towels...this is how you turn on the hot tub etc...would recommend the hotel and would go back!

“Close to everthing and comfort to match!”

Close to everthing, including golf courses! Easy to get to downtown harbor, and everything. Lots of free parking in a beautiful locations. Service is great with a comforable room to match. Will go there again and recommand it to all! A must stay.
