Nice Hotel close to Family!Posted Dec 17, 2013
Pros: The size of the room was great! There were five of us, Mom, Dad, and three daughters, and we were very comfortable.
Cons: Complimentary full breakfast would be an improvement.
Location: We were only here for one day and didn't get to see much. However there were tons of stores which was great!
We only stayed one night and left super early in the morning.

Up at 2:00 am. Worse night ever!Posted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: Everything else is wonderful.
Cons: Nighttime security!
There was a loud group of partying people in the hallways at 2:00 am with no security on duty to quiet them down. We didn't sleep a moment after that. Complained to manager, Cindy.

Nice hotel.....with a hiccup.Posted Nov 18, 2013
When I arrived late in the evening I was told there were no longer any rooms with a double bed. I had reserved one earlier that day and phoned well into my trip to make sure I could check in late. They verified my reservation at that point as well. I was first offered a trolley bed and a king bed. There were 4 of us, so that was out. I ended up with two king rooms. The following morning I had to check to see if there were any doubles (so my whole family could be together. Also running between rooms to get things out of shared suitcases wasn't a ball either). Luckily there was. We packed up and moved to that room. The double room had a beautiful room with a view of the lake. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast the next morning also overlooking the lake (not included). Super yummy. Just an FYI. The rooms are all built to open up to the lobby below (whatever level you are on) so if a rowdy group is down there, it's going to wake you up (unless you're a heavy sleeper). Parking in a parking garage.

A very warm welcome in ColumbiaPosted Nov 13, 2013
This was a great stay - my only gripe was having a room close to the central courtyard meant it was noisier than I'd like late at night and first thing. I would go back for the super friendly staff but would ask for a room away from this central lobby.

Great but two major things gone badPosted Nov 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room looks roomier and clean. But, the mattress was not firm enough and the night time noise was serious. Around 2-3 am, I woke up due to the noise. It was not from my next doors, sounds like from some places else. Anyway, it looks great and servise is pretthy okay, but the mattress and the night noise should be considered in my next booking.
