“Don't Stay Here”

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. No A/C in the hallway on our floor or the elevator. The smell of of smoke in the hallway was overpowering and the rug was filthy. The ice machine on our floor never worked and nothing we asked for was ever delivered to our room. The breakfast was awful....stale, old muffins, pastries and bagels with lousy water downed coffee and you got a mini cup for juice (about 4 oz) and posted sign said only 2 refills. Front desk was nice but never followed through on anything requested from them. No wireless on our floor even after we asked to have it fixed and when we went to use the public PC in the room off the lobby, one of the two was broken and the printer was broken as well. The only good thing was the shuttle to the local train station, except when we made the mistake of coming back after 11pm and had to wait outside for almost 45 minutes (hotel was only 10 min away)....not a safe place at all. The room was clean and comfortable but was not enough to make up for the rest of the hotel which was very dirty.....big mistake staying here. Look elsewhere, there has to be better hotels in the area and if not, stay farther away but don't stay here!!!!!

“Don't Stay Here !”

dirty carpets, burned out lights, poor room cleaning service -- was told to come down to front desk to pick up bath towels and face cloths for room !! light switches inside the bathroom on the opposite side as you walk in. computer not updated with required software to printout boarding passes for flight. printer very low on toner -- no replacement available. desk help was not knowledgeable about the area to help with questions.

“Good Hotel for a few days. I would recommend.”

Overall the hotel was fine. Clean rooms, standard continental breakfast. All of the vending machines were out of bottled water and had the cash receiver ripped out. Not much in walking distance... a gas station, fast food burger joint, and a small restuarant attached to the neighboring hotel. Good food there, I recommend it. Hotel close to the city. I would stay there again. Good for a few nights.

“Convinient Hotel near Airport”

Was on business trip to Baltimore. Hotel is close to the airport as well as close to down town Baltimore. Hotel was clean, and confortable for a place to rest after a day of work.

“Inconvenience and Lies”

Before we even got on the plane in Indianapolis to come to Baltimore, my husband had called ahead to verify that we'd be able to get a late check-out. We'd run into a snag with the family member who was to be picking us up, and she wasn't going to be able to get to us until later than expected. When my husband called, he asked if a late check-out would be an issue, and he was told that it would be fine. Fast-forward to the day we checked in, and suddenly, we were getting a different story. We were told that we'd have to ask again in the morning for permission from housekeeping to check out late. I wasn't too happy about this, but I dealt with it. The following morning, I went to the front desk. At that point I was told that the hotel--not the housekeeping staff, but the hotel itself--has a firm policy of NO late check-outs, and that i we wanted to leave after the usual check out time, we'd have to pay for another night's stay. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. After much discussion, the front desk clerk FINALLY admitted that we could actually check out late for a $30-something fee. At that point, that was the best we were going to get from these liars, so we took it. I feel like the staff lied to us to keep us from cancelling and going to another hotel, inconvenienced us at every turn and did nothing that could remotely be construed as "service". We'll never stay at this hotel again!

“Great Place to Stay in Baltimore Area.”

We have stayed at Sleep Inn and Suites many times. The staff is always friendly and helpful and checking in and out a breeze. The hotels proximity to the light rail is great and you can go to DC, the Inner Harbor, Camden Yards, etc. easily with directions from hotel staff. The rooms are big enough and there is always fresh, good coffee in the lobby.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was.

good location for event at M&T Bank Stadium: 24 hour airport shuttle, within walking distance of light rail transportation and free continental breakfast.

“ideal for early flights from BWI”

Nice clean hotel near BWI airport, it's ideal if you have an early morning flight from BWI and dont want to waste time from DC downtown. They offer free shuttle buses from train station and the airport. The breakfast was very simple but its good to have something before you head for the airport. the check in was quick and the room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean too with plenty of towels.
