The hotel was in the last leg of renovations. The hallway and elevator were extremely warm, but the room was clean and comfy. I would stay here again.

Pros: Everything
Cons: I think that they should offer the cheaper prices more often, because of the area that it's in.
Location: There's not really a lot around the location,but you can drive or travel another way. Baltimore is not that big, & it's easy to travel somewhere else
The hotel room was very nice overall. It was extra roomy, it looked very good inside (from the hallway to inside of the bedroom). It had a wonderful roll-in shower, had a good tv. Just good. The only thing about it was the fact that they were doing work on the area when I got their so there were renovations being done.

Dated hotel but renovations in progress

Room was clean and fine, it looked like they were putting in new windows so we couldn't see out of ours. Hotel is a little dated but was clean and breakfast was offered. Good for a passing through stay as we were roadtripping.

Room service never came once during my 4 night stay. I had to locate facilities to empty my own trash and all.. When ever I called to the office they'd tell me no one was there & all they could do is give me fresh linen. Good place to stay if you don't want to be bothered and always carry your own cleaning tools.

I feel that the room was very suitable. I liked that we were able to take a shuttle to the airport, which is a great asset!! Some of the hotel was being painted outside, so we know that they are keeping maintenance up. Overall great experience. The only downfall is more parking is needed.

Watch Out!

The woman working the front desk, the maintenance worker I met and the shuttle driver were all courteous, professional and helpful. That being said, I would NEVER stay here again due to the fact that when I pulled back the covers to go to bed the sheets were covered with all different lengths of curly back hair....from 1/4" long to 1.5" long. There literally had to have been at least 50 hairs in the double bed. After encountering that I thought to myself " Well, at least there's a second bed"......no luck, it was just as bad. I very rarely write reviews but I felt I had to for this one; the staff I met was great but I was forced to sleep with all of my clothes and a hat on (I didn't arrive at the hotel until after midnight and I had to catch a 5am flight).

The room was clean but old . The carpet was stained and worn, past it"s useful life. The bedding was old and worn. They were in the middle of painting the out side. The location was good. The staff was helpful when we left an item they found it and are holding it for us until are return. If they replaced the room carpet and the bedding, I would rate this hotel 3+.

Smoke infested floor....would not go back.

Service was wonderful....staff very nice. Best part of hotel was staff! As for the hotel itself....our floor smelled of smoke! My clothes even smelled like smoke. Breakfast mediocre. Would not go back.

They never came to clean our room. I ask for one extra wash rag. They stated " we don't have any clean rags Wow!!! Was my reaction. I would never recommend this hotel. Breakfast was never stock. We had to eat breakfast elsewhere..

Cheap, convenient, UNclean

Pros: The Price The convenient access to Baltimore (was in the city in less than 10 minutes)
Cons: Clean up the rooms
The front desk staff was nice but distracted. Checked me in under the wrong name and charged my card. Glad I caught it when signing the paper. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Noticed burn marks and stains on the carpet. 1 of the electrical outlets was missing a cover plate and plugging in my device I noticed the socket was really wobbly. When I pulled back the covers on one of the double beds, I notice hair and specks of dirt or food in the bed. (really gross). The other guests in the hotel were polite and quiet.
