Middle of the road, but much less than my expectatPosted Sep 23, 2013
Pros: Location, parking, pillow, matress
Cons: Sheets, Towels, staff ratio to guests, staff training
Room aminities were dated, cleaning crew slow, front desk over worked, and breakfast staff tired and frustrated. Okay place to stay for a night sleep; but far from extended stay destination.

Nice Hotel But...Posted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: The continental breakfast was very good and served in an attractive environment.
Cons: The hotel needs to have staff available after hours to address room concerns. Every aspect of a room should be checked and cleaned thoroughly.
Location: There are several restaurants and a movie complex close by. The BWI Airport is only 5 minutes away.
The exterior and lobby of this particular hotel was very good. I had a good feeling going into a place that I had never visited before. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our concerns. The room was rather small for a suite, but very clean looking and comfortable. Since there were (3) of us, we secured bedding for the sofa bed after checking out the room. We unfolded the sofa bed to discover blood stains on a dingy mattress. The bedding also appeared to be dirty and soiled. This problem was corrected when a staff member secured a clean mattress from a vacant room and clean bedding from the laundry room. I appreciate the rapid response from the staff, but this type of problem should never have occurred. I'll be a little reluctant to stay there again

Too many small issues to recommendPosted Sep 12, 2013
There were more issues with this hotel that I felt did not deserve effort be resolved. While the internet speed was fast, it disconnected often, and the website to log into the internet did not always work. Neither phones in the room worked, and I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel front desk. The pool times were only between 5p-10p, which seemed very out of the ordinary. However, breakfast was very good, and was kept up by a very friendly employee.

Nice stay.Posted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were there for Otakon and this hotel was very convenient. We were close enough to Convention Center without all the busyness that was going on. The only complaint I had was the ice situation. Our floor didn't have an ice machine and the other floors were empty most of the time. I would definitely stay there again.

Lack of work ethics by staffPosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: Not very much.
Cons: The behavior of the staff.
Location: I liked the isolation of the hotel and there was not much to do in the area.
When arriving at the hotel I told the desk clerk that I was paying the bill in cash NOT to put it on my credit card. She said that the goverment rate was $106.and charged me $116. She said I was mistaken and she would never quote that price to me. It was on my credit card and nothing she could do to change that. The life guard was either out of the room or sleeping. I went to the front desk and complained. The man said he would tell the manager in the morning. When my family and I went to get the continental breakfast at 0915. The women who was putting food out said that we should have gotten up earlier, so I told her I was going to the front desk to complain so she then put out milk.. The staff was rude, inconsiderate and loud. I should not have to speak over their conversation to other staff members. I have been staying in Hiltons or Marriott hotels with my family for the comfort and the feel of security while traveling. This was terrible. Made me reconsider staying in the Marriots again. I await your response to this situation.

Hotel outside Baltimore to stay at for orioles gamPosted Jul 30, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room
Cons: Rooms could use some upgrades as the fixtures and furnishings seem a but old
Location: Somewhat far from Camden yards. Best to drive and park as parking garages are abundant and somewhat reasonably priced.
Good hotel. Somewhat older but everything was clean. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and plenty of food left even one hour after the breakfast time was supposed to be over. Somewhat far from the center of Baltimore. Best to drive in to go to games. The shuttle to the light rail was very convenient but as the light rail operates on a limited schedule we found it best to drive. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would return for a second stay.
