Cons: Maybe the suite should be divide from the couch area and add a TV to the bedroom side of the room.

Get a Quiet Location

There are tables outside of the pool. I had the misfortune of having a room one level above this area. There was a considerable amount of noise well beyond midnight from the people sitting at the tables. So if you want to have your sleep not interrupted make sure to get a location far away from the tables outside of the pool. Also, the rooms are pretty tight from a square footage perspective - 2 people max per roon.

Pros: I was a little worried having a first floor room but it was great. There wasn't any noise and the room was very comfortable.
Cons: Maybe have some sugar free items in your breakfast buffet.
Location: The location was perfect for us. We were able to visit family members very easily by jumping on the highway. The area was quiet and not congested at
Very comfortable hotel, with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was one of the best buffet's I have had. The breakfast room was spacious too. So many times the hotel's breakfast room is small and cramped. My husband said we will stay there next time! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Convenient location.

This hotel is a little out-dated and did not have hot water during the day for one day of our stay. I wish we had been told that in advance.

Little getaway with my family :)

Pros: Loved the fact that the hotel's pool is only opened when there is a lifeguard present.
Took a few day Hotel was very clean. Love the fact that it is located only minutes from the highway and about 10-15 minutes from Baltimore.

Desk Clerk or Online Shopper?!

I would have given everything top marks except my stay wasn't so pleasant as I had to complain to two different people about returning my money. The night of check in the girl swiped my card for incidentals knowing I'd already paid through Expedia. She proceeded to tell me that she needed my card again because it didn't go through. Come to find out that was false and the next morning $240 was pending as a withdrawal from my checking account. I was on vacation with my daughter & did not have access to these funds. I immediately called the hotel & was told what happened and that the manager had reversed everything but it would take a while for my bank to see these changes. The desk clerk did not do her job and was too busy online shopping that she took money off my card that she should not have. There's no excuse for that and no amount of apologies could make up for it. I'm still upset even now writing this review.

Great stay at Springhill Suites before flying out on business. My accomodations were excellent. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. My room was very comfortable and warm. Thank you. I'll be back.

Good hotel,HORRIBLE STAFF

The hotel facilities and room was very nice and accomodating.However, the staff was terrible and didn't make us feel welcomed at all.First,let me say I'm not one to pull the race card alot but I feel as though I was frowned upon because I'm black!!!When I arrived,the man at the front desk frowned and did not greet me.He acted as if he had an attitude.But as soon as another woman(white) came to check in,he was smiling and greeting her and being very welcoming.OKAY,no big deal at 1st,but after getting my key and finding my room,the "General Manager" met us in front of our door and asked was we having a party (because I was carrying a cake and had four 8yr olds with me).He than began to lecture me on how they dont allow parties and to make sure I keep the noise level down.He also said "it's alot of you for 1 room." Offensive right? Considering the room had 2 queen beds AND a full-size pull out sofa.This is not enough room for the 2 women and 4 small children he's staring at?.....Anyways,besides being offended the room was nice and the pool was great.Breakfast was OK.The only reason I would not stay at this hotel is because of how the general manager and staff treated me upon arrival.And they treated others (not of color),with much more respect.
