Nice hotel downtownPosted Jul 15, 2014
Cons: Offer WiFi free in the rooms.
Easy to get to off of 95. Clean rooms, nice public space. Not a plush hotel, but great price and breakfast is included. I don't like hotels that have WiFi only in the lobby and this one did; but otherwise, I would stay there again.

Pros: The hotel was in walking distance to the M&T Stadium
Cons: There is a parking lot directly to the right of the hotel, but it cant be used for parking. The hotel should buy the lot so their guest can park there
My experience was an enjoyable one! The hotel was close to everything you need.

Good Hotel - Downtown Baltimore close to the Pier.Posted Jul 8, 2014
Good- Only comment about the quality of food and service at the breakfast buffet. They have an excellent breakfast area but very poorly utilized and all plastic food.. Instead you may charge more but arrange a better buffet which has a lot of potential .. Overall we had a very smooth and comfortable stay.

Economical and Close to Inner HarborPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Location, price, breakfast
Cons: The sleeper sofa could be replaced. Staff was friendly, but front desk staff was distracted by many activities: phone, other staff, other customers.
Location: Two blocks from Inner Harbor. Walked to Science Center, Aquarium, Harbor Place (shops/restaurants) and Water Taxi.
Our king suite was perfect for a one night stay with my two kids (6&8 years old). The sleeper couch was a twin and certainly looked like it had been slept on many times. Of course, this did not bother my 6 year old, but I was thankful I was not sleeping there. The room was clean and fairly spacious. Loved the fridge and microwave in room. The suite does not have a door to separate the two sleeping areas, and each had a TV, so it was futile to watch something different from the kids, as the volume was competing. It also took a special maneuver to get between the sleeper sofa and the TV as it was a tight squeeze. Overall an economical and comfortable option for a quick trip to the Inner Harbor. The included breakfast was vast and had many options from waffles to eggs/sausage to fruit to cereal.

ConvenientPosted Jun 15, 2014
Pros: The building had been a bank, and the architecture was gorgeous!
Location: Within walking distance of the Inner Harbor
From the first person we met, the valet, everyone was wonderful. We got a town car as our taxi immediately when needed. The room was beautiful. Our hot buffet breakfast was more than we expected. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was too short to use the fitness center, but it was certainly impressive. We would definitely go back!

Close to Inner HarborPosted Jun 2, 2014
Family stayed here which included a 4 yr. old and a 7yr. Old. Hotel was close enough to the inner harbor for us to comfortably walk. Room was nice with two tv's, breakfast was satisfying(included which I thought was a nice bonus compared to other hotels) I opted to park in a garage a block and a half away. Sign was misleading in regards to price. Ended up being the same except I didn't have to tip valet. Next time I would maybe search better for more affordable parking.

Good business hotel, but not so family friendlyPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Staff was polite. Nice, clean lobby, and room but definitely no frills. Included breakfast was great.
Cons: Close parking garage discount options. Jacuzzi added.
Location: Too close to the Hustler Club, 2 blocks away. But a great farmers market in Fells Point on Saturday mornings, with lots of neat antique shops nearby.
Hotel is clean and fine. Lack of parking is tough, and valet prices are too high per day. No jacuzzi, or pool is definitely a drawback for a vacation destination. Included breakfast was nice. Location is also too close too questionable adult entertainment facilities for vacationing families.

Good location but there are some problems.Posted May 27, 2014
Overall the hotel seemed fine at first. We were traveling with three children and booked it because of the pull out couch in addition to the two full size beds. But when we pulled out the couch/bed, we noticed that the mattress for it was completely shredded. We called to request a new one and were told that they couldn't change the mattress and that they couldn't provide a cot--they could move us but one of our kids was already asleep in a bed so we couldn't move. We again just asked if they could swap the sofa mattress for us and they said no and offered to discount our room. Since it was out only option, we agreed. The next morning the clerk at the desk knee nothing about this and said it was impossible to discount a room booked through Expedia. She offered to waive the parking fee instead. I don't understand 1-why they couldn't just trade the mattress for us, and 2-why Expedia customers aren't given any recourse if there is a room problem.
