Great service. Decent room for a decent price. Room was clean. A hole in the wall bar shares a parking lot with the hotel so parking was not good.

We arrived very late at night for our check in. The woman who checked us in was very friendly, inviting and quick. The next day our son went to ask something at the front desk and he came back singing praises of the help he received. Ultimately, we had a woderful stay and were treated excellently by the staff.

Hotel manager not very helpful

I made a request for rooms away from the highway but the manager said that there were no similar rooms on the other side of the room even though the structures looked the same for both sides of the hotels and I could not prove the manager wrong. But please investigate the situation and let me know if the manager was dishonest. I could not sleep the whole night because of the noise from the highway and I could not change rooms nor cancel rooms. It was a bad customer service experience. It hurt the Hotels.com's reputation. Thanks, Michael

Pas de wifi fonctionnel. Gérant me demande d'appeler au service pour tenter de régler leur problème d'Internet. À l'accueil me dit que plusieurs jours pas d'Internet. Pas de service. Salle pour prendre déjeuner trop petite. On ne se sentait pas en sécurité dans cet hôtel avec la clientèle qui y fréquentait.
