I've stayed here before and this was my return stay. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable. The fitness center was closed for renovation so I can't wait to use it when I return.

Missed connection

Pros: restaurant was open late, great service from the staff at the front desk
I missed my connecting flight from BWI to TPA. The gentleman who checked me in understood that I didn't have any of my luggage. He proceeded to fill a bag up with necessary items (toothbrush,toothpaste,etc). He was extremely kind and even asked if I need feminine products just in case I was too embarrassed to ask. The server was excellent in the restaurant as well. Getting to the airport via shuttle was excellent.

Nice hotel but horrible staff.

It was just okay to stay one night. Room was clean And bed sheets and pillows are soft and nice , however the staffs were not nice. They seemed like they didn't want to work at all. They made me to wait in line for 10min. unnecessarily . And then gave me non working keys and did not apologize.

Pros: Cleanliness and shuttle service
Location: Easy to get to and from the airport Using shuttle and the light rail easy trip to inner harbor
The Westin is immaculate! This is a priority for us and we were very pleased with each area of the hotel we were in. The hotel is close to the BWI airport and offers free shuttle to and from the hotel. We were especially pleased that free shuttle service is provided in a 3 mile radius.We used it to go to restaurants and to catch the train to go to the inner harbor. We found all the staff pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend the Westin.

Wonderful Experience

Pros: Staff was exceptional
Cons: Bigger showers...I am a tall big guy!
Location: Baltimore (BWI) is near Inner Harbor and Camden Yards.
Needed a hotel for one night...attending the Orioles vs Yankees game. Your staff was very accommodating and let us check in a little early so that we could get to the game on time. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, the bed was so comfortable. Thank you!

Nice hotel, but should have dedicated rms for dogs

Nice hotel, close to airport and downtown - 20 min train ride. Breakfast buffet great, but dogs should not be put on floors where you have people trying to sleep. Also found hair in pillowcase cover.
