“Excellent Value”

This hotel was brand new and was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. There was an outdoor pool which was a surprise because it wasn't listed in the hotel amenities. We stayed at the hotel and drove into Baltimore all 3 days which ended up costing us a lot in parking, but with what we saved on the hotel, it was well worth it.

“Great Hotel and I've stayed at MANY”

I was pleasantly surprised at the entire hotel. It has a nice area for having breakfast and the rooms were much nicer than I thought they would be. I will look at this chain for future travels.

“comfortable”

the hotel was very nice. Then staff the front desk could have had better customer service skills but otherwise everyone else was nice. I could hear everything in the hallway from inside my room. It was especailly loud when other room doors would close. It almost sounded like my door was opening and closing. Overall, I would go back and recommend this hotel to others, unless you're a light sleeper.

“Freindly & Helpful Staff but Inconsiderate Guests”

Everyone was very nice & helpful. Room was adequate size for myself, wife & daughter. Large screen HD TV, & small kitchen made us feel at home for our one night stay. It was very quiet until after midnight, when another guest or guests continually went in and out doors, slamming them, and talking loudly for what seemed like hours but was probably 30 minutes. When we originaly checked in the manager offered to move us from first floor by exit to another floor. Moral of this story,"When a mgr at hotel offers to move you...move!"

“Nice place”

This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and the bed was great the work station in the room was a nice touch

“10 days open and already on the way to perfection!”

This was their 10th day open! After a slight glitch, we found a perfect little suite. It was a bit small, but very comfortable! It had every ammenity! The staff went over and above...so the service was outstanding! That can make up for a slight glitch anyday!

“And very helpful with directions, too”

A very nice place to stay. And the lady at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I had directions to my meeting the next day, and even from the meeting to the airport. I highly recommend the place.

“Awesome!”

The thing that stood out the most was when we first arrived. We weren't sure what time check in was and showed up at the hotel at approx 11:30am. Came to find out that check in wasn't until 3pm. But the front desk was VERY sweet and although the room they had originally held for us was not going to be ready until 3, the front desk clerk offered to look for another room that fit our needs, that was ready currently. Fortunately she was able to and we didn't have to drive around for several hours, feeling grungy and with two kids who needed to take a nap. They were wonderful the whole time we were staying there. No problems AT ALL! Thanks so much.

“Nice Place”

I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious. There were a couple of concerns: I had trouble connecting with the internet and there was a noisy group next to me (Though they quieted down when I asked them to). You do hear noise from the halls.

“Honest Staff”

Not only was the hotel clean and had user friendly carts for luggage the staff was friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my purse at breakfast and was called to pick it up at the front desk. Nothing was missing and they were quite gracious! Thank-you again.
