Very comfortable, clean and quiet with a really good breakfast buffet. Would stay at this hotel again.

Blocked bathtub- could'nt take a shower would overfill and gunk would start floating out! Staff would not help with moving luggage. I was disappointed. The checkout was at 12 and I misread the check in for check out instead;for 3pm- They charged me for half a day. Fair enough but could have at told me or notified me when I checked in. Again when i checked out no help with moving luggage despite me asking twice. Also- had no menu pamphlets for delivery for food. Untrained amateur staff at the front. Not staying here again.

This hotel was a nice stay while waiting to catch a flight the next day.

Front desk staff was superb in making me feel more at home

Staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was healthy and hot. The room rate and proximity to the airport was important to me. The shuttle drivers was very friendly.

Overall we were happy with our experience. My only complaints were that both of the phones in the room did not work when trying to call the front desk. Also there was an issue with the deadbolt. We asked for it to be fixed but when we came back to our room it was still not working properly. Thankfully the doors lock automatically from the outside. It's just nice having that extra measure of security.

We stayed for 5 nights, close to airport, shuttle was great would take you anywhere within 3 miles. Baltimore city center only a few miles away . Breakfast was good, hot and cold items, 24 hr coffee. Hotel staff were wonderful.

Excellent place to stay - bright, cheery, clean, very pleasant. Continental breakfast was excellent - very fresh, clean, supplies refilled constantly. The only complaint (small) was the pillows. They were square and bulky - very uncomfortable - really unusable. Overall, excellent!

Evening staff not very nice. When we arrived the desk clerk was screaming at the top of her lungs at the van driver on the phone. Would not help me with my rewards number because she was "too busy". Room was OK, not the cleanest and the housekeeping staff knocked on my door at 7:45 AM on checkout day looking to clean the room. I will probably pass on this hotel in the future.
