Our stay was great! The only negative was that I learned there was a shuttle to the airport but we couldn’t use it because we booked through a third party. There should be an option to add this separately.

This hotel was very clean. Did not smell musty or hotel "weird". I stayed over for a conference in Baltimore. The breakfast options were very good. Hot foods such as eggs sausage the cutest pancake machine, yogurt, cereal, pastries. I say this because as someone who is gluten free I was concerned with what options they would have and there were many. The shower was great and the beds were very comfortable. The staff I encountered were very pleasent. Very clean hotel would do this one again.

I was extremely disappointed with this location. I chose this particular property because it had 70-80 percent 10/10 excellent rating. After my visit I'm puzzled. I like to stay in different hotels to compare and find the best services. The negatives....The tub was only cleaned upon my request on the 3rd day. The coffe maker was visibly grimy. The linens were not change at all during my stay and the bathroom sink had black mold. In fact, the ceiling was freshly speckaled and certainly should have had time to dry as an unoccuppied unit. The front desk staff were moderately friendly and the common hallway area had a wet floor leak for entire five day stay. With my regular frequent travels to this area, I will not return to this hotel. Positive--- free breakfast

The room was large, clean and comfortable. We especially liked the availability of two chairs in the room and luggage space for two suitcases. My only complaint was the mattress was too soft.

We had hotel staff knocking our doors in the night when kids were sleeping. When asked what’s up, staff asked for my last name and said nothing. I had signed the forms with name and initials when checking in and they should have all the info.There was no sense of apology that they had to ask this in late night when kids were sleeping. 30 mins after that we got 2 calls in hotel phone and got disconnected.

Parking is EXPENSIVE, just so you are aware. Half the time its cheaper just to purchase parking across the street to save money. It's walkable distance to everything, and convienent.
