The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable and unhelpful the property was run down. Tv quality was like we were watching a snow storm. Getting hot water to the bathroom took 10-15 mins. Room cleanliness was poor didn’t contact the desk to help as pervious interaction wasn’t good we cleaned it ourselves. Very disappointed in experience and the stay.

Very clean. We were able to walk to the shops no problem. The ATV trails are right next to this hotel.

We had an excellent stay. The game room was fun, the pool was large and nice and warm, the sauna was nice, the entire property was very clean! My only complaint is that the hot tub was broken. Overall, had a great stay. Ignore the reviews which say the place is dirty, I hardly believe them considering how the font office person was concerned about cleanliness of the pool to the point where she had to unlock the access to get in.

Uneven steps to unit are a hazard for seniors. Not able to buy refreshments at the desk without cash, debit not accepted, was inconvenient. Breakfast was well done, good selection. Having the 24" mini fridge set on the floor not raised ..again inconvenient for seniors. Tv reception was adequate but the picture pixels were very poor, reminded me of the late '60's.

Like the convience f location for our visit to bancroft. Just the problems with traveling with a toddler eye level fridge easy for him to get into. And even with safety chain on hes still able to squeeze thru door.

A good place to stay while traveling through the area. The place is within walking distance of shops and places to eat in Bancroft. Parking was convenient and check in was easy. The building and rooms are “tired” and in need of renovation but they were clean and everything functioned properly.

Booked the suite and didn't really know I was booking the suite until check in; I only wanted 2 queen beds. There's what sounds like a cricket stuck in the washroom walls. Place is clean but run down. Grout needs a good cleaning and refresh. However, the beds are comfortable! Linen is clean! AC is cold! Free breakfast! That's what matters.

While our room was clean, the property could use a makeover. The outside gardens . Plus there was a bag of garbage sitting on the ground outside of doorway that was leaking was there when we arrived and still there when we left. I will say that the front reception staff eere awesome!, especially Rhonda. She kept my dog with her while I had a swim. So sweet of her. Thank you again for that.

We were on the second level and it was easy to get to with the small amount of luggage we had for an overnight. All the windows opened to get fresh air. Room had a microwave and fridge and the bed was very comfortable. There was only one comfy chair though for watching TV. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was not.
