A great weekendPosted Aug 21, 2013
Pros: The room, because so comfortable and the views are excellent
Cons: Need to pay for the wi fi facilities. Others are superb.
Worth to pay. Really enjoy staying there, peace of mind. Staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Love so much the room, very comfortable, clean and organized. Complete with iron board, safe box, fridge, hair dryer..everything is there. Feels want to stay there. The view are fantastic, full with green view until you feel you are not in Bangi but somewhere far for example in Endau Rompin or Hutan Belum. Really enjoy it. I will totally recommend the hotel for those who want to spend time on weekend and have peace of mind.

Pleased but small criticism on the lobby smell.Posted Aug 19, 2013
As soon as I arrived at the lobby, there is a overwhelming smell of musky odor that I experienced. Other than that the room was beautiful, I can see the swimming pool from the room. Nice tropical feel.

Good location and ambience.Posted Aug 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Three disappointments. 1) Despite booking almost 3 weeks ahead and requesting for a room with king size bed we were let down that there was no room available with king size bed. However we could see that the hotel occupancy was not 100% to account for that. 2) the room that we got had the air-conditioning compressors just below the balcony of the room making a tremendous whining sound all the time. 3) At Melaka Equetorial we had the club room facility which was not available in Bangi. This is the third time that we have stayed at Bangi Equetorial and love to stay here. The food at Harmoni and Cafe Lavista was excellent and would love to eat there again if we come back to stay at Bangi. The staff at Harmoni were truly very polite and helpful and made our eating experience at the restaurant even more pleasant especially Daisy and Sandy.

Good hotel for short staysPosted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: Pool and big room
Cons: Exteriors renovation
Location: Too remote and isolated to be considered next time
Only spent one night, hotel exterior looks dated, pool is nice and surrounded by tropical gardens. Well appointed and spacious rooms. However hotel location is too remote, took 45 minutes by taxi without traffic to get there considering KL downtown is about an hour from the airport with plentiful of hotels choices and amenities,

Great location if you are doing businesses in BangPosted Jul 18, 2013
Pros: Clean and modern
Location: If you are doing businesses in Bangi area, this is the one.
I stayed in May, 2013 and I just stayed again in July, 2013. This is a great hotel if you are doing businesses in Bangi area. I am sure it is great for vacation since they have a golf course and swiming pools. Since this was 2nd stay I did see a few negative things. They charge extra RM 40 for internet (Wi-Fi) access which is not that bad I guess, the hotel kiosk closes at 9:00 pm, and the coffee shop on the reception floor does not open until 9:00 am. I wish the coffee shop open like 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Other than that this hotel is nice, clean and hotel staff are friendly.

May be the best one in Bangi areaPosted May 27, 2013
Pros: Nice resort hotel and very close to the businesses in Bangi area.
This was my first stay in this hotel in Malaysia and I would like to stay again when I return to Bangi area. I usually stay in downtown KL but I only had a business in Bangi so I chose this hotel.

Value for moneyPosted Apr 9, 2013
The hotel is good value for money. The property is a little 'tired' but clean and the staff very helpful. It is not a place to stay if you want all that KL city has to offer, but for a golfing break it is excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and if on floor 6 or above have lovely views.
