“"Not a place for tourists"”

This hotel is designed for people who are travelling to the area for an extended stay usually for business as evidenced by the other people staying there. And the fact it is located in an industrial area and you definitely need a car. While the hotel has acceptable suites supplying bedding and bath linen but does not supply toilet paper, kitchen tea towels or dish cloths so the guest must supply these items at an additonal cost. This is easy for a guest driving in to bring their supplies but not for an overseas or flying traveller. Additionally, no cleaning service or linen change is provided unless the guest pays extra. This was not clear on Expedia nor on the hotel website. While we would not recommend this hotel for tourists, the hotel staff did meet our needs when we complained about our initial accommodations.
