Great quiet basic property right by the beach. Breakfast was good and staff quite friendly. Property has some minor maintenance issues. (Window seal broken)

The hotel was great. My wallet was cleaned out by someone in my room. The only people with access were employees. No real effort to investigate and get the money or cards back. Just a “that’s unfortunate” message. Stay was great outside of that. Just lock up your stuff

We had a great weekend...the room could have been a little cleaner (dust and trash under the bed) but the staff was all amazing, we loved the location, the easy path to the beach and the breakfast every morning was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again

I travel a bit as nature photographer and this might be the nicest BW I've stayed a. The room I was in (and I gather most of the rooms) are nearly separate, there was a room on a second floor above mine, but no shared walls with other units. The rooms themselves felt quite new (even though I know the hotel was there when I first been through the area 20 years age--I assume a relatively recent remodeling. The entire property felt spacious. Staff were super kind and helpful when I needed them, out of the way the rest of the time. I also appreciated the proximity to some of the best parts of the Bandon Beach. No direct views but very short walking distance. One nitpick: I did experience some occasional very brief internet service drops during my stay. Still generally worked great, though. Definitely enjoyed it, and will stay here again on future visits.

One of the main reasons I booked this room was because BW is usually very clean and because the property has a hot tub/spa. At check-in I was told that a drunken guest damaged the hot tub several days ago. The room was clean enough, but definitely was not the standard usually found in this chain. Overall, 4/5. Probably would stay across the street with a better view of the ocean in the future.

Noisy semi truck.
This was my third stay at this hotel in six months. The first two stays were great. Unfortunatel this third trip was not so good. On the second night, there was a refrigerated semi truck parked overnight outside of our room. Every thirty minutes or so, a diesel generator would kick on, making a lot of noise. Upon check out, the front desk said they had a lot of complaints, but offered no compensation.

Location was great, as we were a short walk from the beach. There was a pet washing station located conveniently for washing the sand off pets and shoes. Good breakfast fare. But I have honestly never stayed in a place where every single encounter with staff was not just pleasantly polite, but genuinely warm and cheery. That stood out above all.

Amazing accommodations and view
One of the best experiences we have ever had staying at a hotel. The hotel let us know up front about a problem with the cable being out and even upgraded us to a jacuzzi suite with probably the best view of all the rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any request. The view from our deck was breathtaking. Definitely going to stay again.

The pool area was great and the beach access. The breakfast was a lot less than we expected so looking forward when the kitchen remodeling is completed. We skipped breakfast the next day. The staff was excellent.

My favorite place in Bandon
This is my favorite place in Bandon. I travel down the Oregon coast to visit my kids frequently and I stay here. Comfortable rooms, helpful front desk, a close walk to the Ocean. Patio with chairs and table to have a drink and watch the sunset, The rooms are not in one building; they are in separated units that harbor 4 -6 rooms,which makes them quieter than other hotels. My only complaint on this visit was that the bathroom was small with little counter space, but I definitely recommend this hotel,

The size of the property was impressive and very beautiful. We had a slight repair needed in the room. Maintenance came and tried to fix it however more needed to be done than they could repair while occupied. They didn’t give us a different room, instead they covered it with a rubber floor matt and left it that way our entire 5 day stay.

The room was clean & crisp. The issues I had with the room is as follows… Digital Thermostat cannot be set higher than 68 degrees… Drain to shower was partially plugged, so I had to shower quickly or flood the whole bathroom floor… Mattress has seen better days.., No place to sit to eat the morning breakfast, except the cough in lobby… No toaster for toast

Amazing property
This Best Western far exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious and felt luxurious. They provided many additional touches that we would expect at an Airbnb, not a hotel. This property is amazing. The only issues we faced was Hotels.com does not describe the property accurately. Certain parts of the property is not wheelchair accessible. Most of their suites have multiple steep stairs in order to access the room. The suite itself is certain wheelchair accessible however their bathrooms are not accessible. I did reserve an accessible bathroom. Both bathrooms in our suite were not handicap accessible. Hotels.com also states that the beach is a 1 minute walk, which it certainly is not. Despite the misinformation, our stay was pleasant and relaxing.

I felt like a step child. This literally the smallest 2 bed room I have ever stayed at. It was like a room built as an afterthought. I have stayed at many hotels all over. Yet none were this tiny. No A/C. Didn’t need one this visit. Yet in summer, you would definitely need one. Staff was awesome.
