“Excellent Bang For Your Buck!”

Hotel was great! Breakfast was only ok on the first morning then pretty good the second morning. It was nothing facny but it did the trick. Breakfast consisted of gronola, fruit salad, cold cereals, muffins, toast, different loafs, cinnamon buns etc... Overall it was a great stay, friendly staff, beautiful hot tub, great locatin and a fantastic price! :)

“Comfortable and Inexpensive”

Room had two Queen beds that were separated by a hallway containing the bathroom, sink and closet. This "semi-private" arragement afforded a good level of privacy for my daughter and I who were sharing the room. Included breakfast and outdoor hot tub were also appreciated amenities. Good value.

When planning a trip to Banff, choosing a place to stay has always been a very non-inspirational process. Everyone is looking for a place that rates highly in all the general categories and at a good price. Of course, all the hotels know this and so they all claim to offer you just that. After our impressive stay at Banff Aspen Lodge, I can finally say that we've found a great place to stay in Banff and need not look any further. This place has exactly what they say they offer: nice and new, good price, great location (on main strip, not too far and not too near to all the shops and restaurants), underground parking, a great hot-tub, breakfast included, etc. PLUS, they have the difference maker: a staff that is friendly, accommodating with a firm grasp of the meaning of hospitality. Look no further - this is the place to stay.

ideal for a couple with children as the room split into 2 sectoins so that children can sleep and the adults can still have lights and the tv on in the other room.

“Didn't want to leave”

Stayed just for one night with my brother, we LOVED this hotel. We've both travelled a lot and thought that the service, comfort and facilities were great. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. There are two fabulous outdoor hot pools which were a perfect way to relax after a long drive and with outdoor temperature of minus 16. Our rate included the continental breakfast which was fresh and included a nice selection of fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, juice & tea/coffee. We only wish we could return every weekend.

“Pleasant surprise”

We did not expect it to be higher star hotel that was discounted so we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in 6 various hotels in Canada and this was the only one with a kettle allowing guest to have a choice of either instant coffee or tea and a coffee maker for the north american guests. We liked the room configuration, two double beds with partition and dual wash basins.

So nice and clean room, enough space, great hot tub. only one thing that I was not satisfied was breakfast. I would love to go back to this place.
