“The Rockies Surround YOu”

The hotel staff went out of their way to help us. Even printing information and maps for us. The breakfast buffet was simple but sufficient for starting one's day. Wlaking distance to downtown Banff and perfect for families.

“Exactly what we needed”

I stayed at this Inn for 6 nights, it was great. Had the king suite, the room was small but very nice and very comfortable. Great staff, good food. The only downside I had was the pool is VERY small, more like a large hot tub, we didn't use it.

“Great Week at Banff Inn”

Spent a wonderful week at the Banff Inn. Room was a little small, but clean and comforatable. The location was excellent. close enough for an easy walk to downtown, but far enough away from the loud crowds. The hot tub was nice after a long day hiking. Minor complaint - not enough towels or electrical outlouts for all our electronics. Free wi-fi was nice and the included continental breakfast (plus cereals and hard boiled eggs) was also very nice.

This was the highlight of our accomodation during our trip to the Canadian Rockies.

“One lovely night in Banff!”

The hotel was clean, had the ambiance of Banff area, had a warm feeling (I think from the aroma of a fireplace burning), and was easy to locate. Our room was clean and had everything we could need (microwave, fridge, toiletries, coffee, HD TV in both the main sleeping area (2 queens) and in the loft (1 queen). My granddaughter especially loved having her own loft area! Bed was a tad hard for me (I'm delicate) and the comforter much to heavy on my body so I used the extra blanket provided to the room. Short walk to town and even underground parking! Free breakfast to send us off in the morning. All in all 4.5+. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. “decent hotel for its price”

Generally good hotel for its price. For those who have problem sleeping, the hotel seems to be quite noisy at night. We can hear neighbor laughing and talking. They also have big groups thus the breakfast for regular customers tend to be delayed due to the big group travelers.

“Very Satisfied”

The hotel was nice, especially our room location at the front of the hotel with chalet style ceilings and overhangs, although it made it a little difficult to prevent bumping your head in the bathroom near the sink. The little gas fireplace in the corner (electronically operated) was a nice touch and would have been cozy had the weather been cooler. The The price was comparable to other hotels in the area--all overpriced for comparable hotels in the U.S. The breakfast was typically continental. The staff were cordial. I would be pleased to stay there again.

The reception desk people were absolutely first rate--as good as you get at a high end concierge service hotel in Manhattan.
