“Perfect location”

The Banff International is in an ideal location, very close to all the shops (including supermarket) and restaurants. I cannot fault the service and comfort of the Banff International. The room was large and nicely decorated. The housekeeping staff did a great job without moving all our stuff around! We used the spa and steam room every day at no extra cost. Highly reccommended!

Everything was great at the hotel. Receptionist extremely helpful when asked about what to see in a short time frame. Std. bacon & egg breakfast kind of pricey and nothing special about it.

“Excellent Hotel”

Very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Banff is convenient to most of the sights in the Canadian Rockies and it is better to stay here and have access to good restaurants and shops than stay in Lake Louise or elsewhere, where there is nothing but the hotels and the hotel ammenities. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

One block from downtown Banff so almost everything is within walking distance. Saturday night was a bit noisy with drunks arguing outside. Shutting the windows took care of that! We would definately stay there again.

The location of this hotel is an added bonus. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and the great ambience of the hotel lobby. We will definitely go back.

Great hotel, we could walk to restaurants, shopping & downtown Banff. Free in/out garage so we could take day trips. Wonderful !!

“Nice place to stay.”

Went for a weekend get-away. The room was a little smaller than anticipated, but still very adequate, very clean and had a nice view. Perfect location if you are looking for something near shopping and restaurants. Underground parking was a nice bonus. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. We will stay there again when we are next in Banff.

“A Great Place”

This hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance to most amenities. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Our room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast buffet which had a great range of delicious food. It would definitely stay here again for my next trip to the nearby ski hill, Sunshine Village which was about a 20 minute drive away. The only disappointment I had was the lack of exercise equipment in their very small gym. There are only 4 pieces to work on.
