“Great Place to stay!!! Will be back real soon!!!”
Very Clean, well managed
“Great Sunday brunch!”
This hotel has a great location. Close to downtown banff which means you only have to park once for the weekend. Short walk to main street. Room decor is dated however rooms are large. Our tv was not working properly and the hotel did not have any pay per view movies set up. Sunday brunch is always very good. Who doesn't like crab legs and chocolate fountain fountain for breakfast?
“Perfect hotel”
This was a very nice hotel in a great location just two blocks from Banff's main street...shopping and dining. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
“Nice”
Arrived to a nice, clean hotel. Great location right down town.
“Good Banff Option”
We found our stay to be very satisfying. It is a good location, the room was very comfortable, and the service good. Some negative comments in other reviews, e.g., emphasizing parking fees and the decor being a bit "dated", are fair enough, but we have stayed in several more upscale hotels in Banff and had less enjoyable stays - poorer location, less comfortable rooms, noisier. On balance we would go back here again, its an excellent value for money.
“Banff Park Lodge- Best Location”
Banff Park Lodge is by far the best bang for your buck and in the best location. Not only is the hotel very clean and the people who work there super nice the hotel is located on the street exactly parallel to the main avenue in the little town and is about 1 block away from the main strip. Even in the cold the walk is really short and quick. Really central. The hotel is also the pick up and drop off point for the Ski Shuttle and for other excursions. It is the last one on the way out and the first one on the way back....perfect. STRONGLY recommend.
“Better hotels for less in Banff”
Stayed in a couple of hotels in Banff, was disappointed with the dated appearence of this hotel, it all looks alittle tired, the room service burger was not flash and room could of done with a deep clean. Compared with Pan pacific mountian side for the same money not at all in the same league. Wireless and parking were additional charges
“Room was dirty, food crumbs on bedding”
I was appalled at the condition of my room. Not clean at all and there were food crumbs on bedding. Even after requesting they not reuse bed spread (it was filthy) they did so. They charged for parking, even with a 3/4 empty hotel. Offered no accomadation or apology for lack of cleanliness. Food quality in restaurant was good though.
“Great Hotel”
Excellent location, very convenient, excellent service, good services.
“Loved our room”
We thoroughly enjoyed our room. Lovely place to stay and so convenient to the main district.
