The building we stayed needs serious upgrades including appliances, beds, sofas and chairs. The floors creak, tub and sinks need to be replaced. The sofa and coffee maker were broken. I called front desk and the staff made every single shortcomings in that place go away. Staff were so quick to respond and took care of everything with proper solutions to the issues. They are what made our stay in this old place very pleasant. We thank them for being so accommodating, efficient and guest oriented.

We had a fantastic stay at place! The communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. The apartment was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

This property is at banff avenue which is away from the downtown but they offer free shuttle. I will definitely stay here again. Room was clean.

Always stay here with the family in the junior suite. It’s super spacious and the beds are comfortable. Pool and hot tub are awesome. The change rooms are great and clean. Will stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here maybe 3 or 4 times over the years and some of the units are in need of some serious repairs. The floors in our unit were chipped and cracked leaving sharp edges that could potentially cut your feet. We just wore our shoes and it was fine. Other than that the units are roomy and priced very reasonable for the area.

Stayed in one of the condo options that came with a kitchen. Really liked how clean the property was and how nice the staff was. Had a small noise issue the first night (loud bang noises scattered throughout the night) and was told that it would be investigated when we told the front desk the next day. Had no issues the next day. You can slightly hear the train's horn in the distance, but otherwise, the area was quiet and an easy 5-minute drive to downtown Banff.

Overall our stay was great. Just a few things to improve on. Gutters leaked on the walkways/stairway entrances and the parking lot by 2600/2700 was completely flooded so we could not park there.

I travelled with my husband and puppy. We loved the area and accommodation. We did not get a dog bed or bowls as stated on website. Our unit was lacking in some kitchen supplies. They should provide a lighter when providing the firewood ($8/sm bundle). If there is anyone above you, beware that it will be noisy. There was not enough bedding if using the sofa bed.

Room was dirty, broken tiles on the floor had Sharpe edges. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Must have had a flood from the bathroom that was not mitigated properly. Bedroom smelled moldy. Band-Aids on the ground around the hot tub were never cleaned up over the 3 days we stayed there.

Great place to stay when I am in Banff. It’s on the outskirts of town but there is a shuttle that the hotel offers so, you will always have transportation at your fingertips. The room I was in had a kitchenette and a fireplace which was so lovely to have while vacationing. Everything was great with the exception of the pullout couch. Trying to sleep on that was awful. Springs were poking through and the mattress was completely wrecked. It needs to be replaced. Other than that, this place is awesome!

The bathroom facilities in the pool Area did not have any shampoo conditioner or soap in the shower. All the canisters were EMPTY.

The property is old and in poor shape. Everything is a bit dirty. Definitely not like the near 4 star rating on Expedia. I’d give it 2.5 at best.
