“Top marks to Brewsters”

The hotel location in Banff is perfect, room was great, the staff were very helpful and pleasant (top marks to the hotel management) and we got a welcome back card & chocs in our room, very nice touch & appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was exactly what was needed to start the day, no problem parking in the hotel underground car park.

“Great Place to stay!!!!”

Everything was great from the start.We arrived 3 hours earlier than check-in time but room was ready for us. Professional staff, clean rooms and great location. What else you can ask for. Definitely recommend this hotel!

“I will stay again in future!”

I had a great stay at Brewster's Mountain Lodge and I will surely stay again when I go to Banff in the future. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location was amazing. For me, one of the main highlights of the hotel was the underground parking. I have stayed in other Banff accomodations where there was outdoor parking only or an underground garage with limited parking, but the parking here was far superior. This was an important feature for my trip as I was going skiing and the minimal daily cost was well worth it. There was plenty of available spots in the hotel. Additionally, the continental breakfast that was included was great - while simple and basic (isn't that what defines a continental breakfast!?!), I felt very satisfied each day before I went to the slopes. The hotel is also located in a prime location, very close to shopping and restaurants. I recommend Brewster's and look forward to my next stay!

“In the Heart of Banff”

Perfect location in the very center of Banff. Walking distance to everything. Go for the deluxe rooms, they are very spacious. The continental breakfast is excellent. I will be back!!

“Great location, great room, great price.”

We stayed one night in a room with a king bed. We stayed our second night at the Fairmont. This room at Brewster's was bigger, better amenities, beds, bathrooms, priced, location, parking ( underground) and continental breakfast than Fairmont. Don't waist your money and stay anywhere else. We would recommend this hotel and can't wait to return. On a side note, the staff are honest. I left an item in our room and did not realize it till the following night, I called the hotel and they had the item for pick up the next morning.

“Great location!”

The location is great! Once you get there and park your car (in the extremely tight parkade) you can walk to almost everything. The hot tub wasn't very warm and the fitness area is non-existant if you are looking to get a quick work-out in.

“Nice hotel, would stay here again”

Great lil hotel. Looks nice inside, rooms are nice as well. Comfy beds. Some have a small balcony although the one we stayed in didn't. We were able to open the window which was nice since it was a little warm at night, I like a nice cool room to sleep in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms may be small to some but I thought they were big enough. When we stayed there, there was a shuttle that went to all the major ski hills around Banff that stopped about two (short) blocks away, every day, which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was pretty good, they had some danishes and strudels, toast, bagels, fruit, and yogurt. Unfortunately people in a room down the hall were quite noisy, though we phoned the front desk and they quickly dealt with it. Also, there is a sauna and whirlpool downstairs which is nice after a long day of skiing. If you're a fitness buff they have a bike, a treadmill, and an elliptical but that's it. Also if you need to use internet on your laptop they have free wi-fi, although it was a pain to use with my phone as it kept asking me to log in again. The parking garage under the hotel was great because there isn't a lot of space for parking in Banff. Lots of rooms for SUVs and trucks although I drove a small car. Elevator goes right down to the garage. I felt safe keeping my skis and gear in my car. Overall, it's a nice place and I'll be staying here again next year.

“Beautiful hotel in beautiful town!”

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were very helpful with bus information and making bookings for us. The breakfast is great with the fresh fruit salad and yoghurt being a nice addition to usual continental. Room upkeep and cleanliness was great with room done every day. Love the woodsy, log cabin, native art work theme. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Great Location”

This hotel is in an amazing location compared to others on this street. Most restaurants and bars are within a block of the hotel. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a nice unexpected treat. The balconies are really nice, too.
