“good hotel for good money”

pet friendly, clean, with friendly stuff and just PERFECT breakfast in its own restaurant. You could not find better place to stay for this money.

“First time”

I was not expecting this hotel to be so nice. From the first impression at the front desk to the room itself. Very impressive. Extremely clean, and we will be back next year.

“Ideal location”

If you want to be close to the activities in the Town of Canmore, this is where to stay We went to the folk festival (rainy as it was), within minutes drive. Price was lower than others in same category.

“Nice, decent, good location”

Commendable service! Worth going back to. Right outside Banff Park boundary. The only catch: the gas station on opposite side of the street is a *full service* one. Looked like a leftover from a bygone era. Go somewhere else for your gas!

“Good”

The hotel is well located, in front of the 3 Sister mountain, just far enough from downton for a quiet night. The carpet in our bedroom had noticable stains on it, but the beds were comfortable. Some chanels on TV were snowy especialy those I was interested in.

“Needs a deep cleaning”

Generally the hotel was OK. Room needed a deep cleaning. Lost of dust. Breakfast room was too small for the number of guests

“Red Carpet? more like well worn rug”

Room was clean enough. But there was a humming/vibrating from the bathroom all night which was made worse when you turned the light on. We tried to get help from front desk but nothing was done. Breakfast lacked EVERYTHING, coffee was like dirty dishwater, bread and pastries stale, fruit juice watered way down.
