“Awesome hidden gem in Canmore”

This terrific little lodge has wonderful amenities and our stay was extremely comfortable and fun. The fully furnished and stocked condominiums are very tastefully accented and decorated and we felt warm and welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. The BBQ on the patio was a great surprise and we grilled up some delicious steaks for a full course meal after a day on the hills - try doing that at a regular hotel. The lodge was very clean and the room had a washer/dryer which added to the convenience of the stay. There is a large TV in the main area in addition to good sized LCD TVs in each bedroom. Each bedroom also has a full ensuite bathroom. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place and we are definitely returning to Fire Mountain Lodge for our next stay in Canmore.

“A perfect getaway!”

The accomodatons were terrrific. The condo was fully equipped with everything you need even a champagne bucket! The bedrooms have tv's and bathrobes and the linen and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely and can't wait to go back..

“Stylish and comfortable”

Our two bedroom suite at Fire Mountain Lodge was beautiful and well kept, it matched the pictures on Expedia perfectly. Each of the two bedrooms in our suite had full bathrooms attached, and the balcony, BBQ and fireplace were great additions.

“Will definitely come back”

It is a new hotel and the 2 bedroom suite is big (around 1,000 sq ft). Very nice and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry and dryer are in the suite as well and it comes with 1 laundry detergent. So bring more detergent if you plan to use more than once. Very nice hotel staff and they help resolve my Mac wireless access problem. There is also a BBQ at balcony.

“Great Place to Stay”

Very modern, clean, spacious and relatively inexpensive place to stay in Canmore. The beds and duvets were comfortable and cozy. We ate out during our stay but there was a barbecue available on the balcony and the full size kitchen was ready to use. The only negatives we encountered (and they were minor) were tight parking spots and some difficulty figuring out the heating/air conditioning. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this condo/hotel.

“Great deal!”

My only complaint about this hotel was that we needed to check out early (8am) and there was nobody in the office so it was a bit confusing as to where to leave the keys and how to get the receipt. We got our 2 bedroom on an expedia sale so it was a great price! The room was huge and exceeded expectations!

“Canmore best kept secret”

At the cost of a hotel room, this condo offered majestic views, fully stocked kitchen, laundry and enough room for another family. Very clean and comfy. Hot tub was closed while we were there, otherwise no complaints and I will definitely be going back!!

wonderful hotel!!! awesome bang for the buck. ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, flat screen tv's in room, fire place, barbeque on upper balcony, upstairs and downstairs, 2 big bedrooms with ensuites and walkouts, 3 bathrooms, very modern decorative items and design. it was beautiful and we will be back!!!

“Quiet, Lovely and New, would definitely stay here again”

We stayed in one of the 3 BR units, and it was brand new (opened 7/06), and beautifully decorated in contemporary mountain style. The views out of every single window were of the mountains (breathtaking!), and we loved having a kitchen, dining room, family room and a large deck with a gas grill. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs with the bedrooms, and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The master bedroom/bath is fine, but the other 2 bedrooms are quite small. It worked out for us, since we basically only slept in the rooms. Very quiet location.
