“Modern and Clean Hotel in Canmore”

Overall we were very pleased with the hotel. It was a great price for one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. It was farily obvious that the hotel was brand new, so some of the charm is bound to fade. The views from anywhere in the hotel were breathtaking. The only downside is that the rooms aren't very quiet and we heard our loud neighbours most of the night.

We drove across 3 provinces and back to BC and this was by far the best hotel we stayed at! Clean, comfortable, the staff was great! I would recommend this to you all , and I will definitely be returning there again in the future! A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

“Great hotel”

We were very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and the view from the window was amazing. Even though it is close to the highway, I did not hear the traffic at night with the window open. There are no services (stores, restauraunts, fast food, etc.) located adjacent to the hotel, but it's only a few minutes drive into the main part of town.

We stayed there for a night & were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, decor & homeliness of the hotel. It is a small, very well maintained hotel. The housekeeping service was very good. However, the service at the restaurant was wanting. We had dinner there and the waitress was either new or wasn't trained properly. She couldn't explain the item on the menu. I ordered a steak, and she didn't even ask how I would like it done. (She brought it done rare-medium). I overheard the people seated behind us, who had also ordered steak, and she had brought it done rare-medium too. When the customer objected, she told him that is how it (bison steak) tastes best. My wife ordered a cocktail and she did not bother to ask whether she wanted it with vodka or gin; and made it with vodka & brought it; and said we had not specified what we wanted (I would have thought she should have asked before making it.) I ordered a pinacolada, and she probably forgot to put the rum in it, as I couldn't taste any alcohol in it. When we finished eating, she didn't ask us if we wanted any dessert and brought the check....By this time we were quite fed up; we just paid & left. The food itself was pretty good though; but the service could certainly have been a lot better.

“Convenient location”

We only stayed here on a stopover from Edmonton to BC but the location was perfect as we did not have to go far off the highway. Service was great for the short time that we were there. Nice breakfast choices.

“Great choice in Canmore”

I stayed at this hotel for two nights on business. The staff was friendly and helpful and my room was updated and comfortable with a good quality mattress and pillows. The microwave and fridge were an unexpected bonus. I would stay there again.
