“clean, comfortable and relaxing”

Excellent place to stay in a great location. The only thing to be aware of is that while the pool is advertised as hot, it is not really. the hot tub was even more on the warm side. Overall though, excellent value.

I would heartily recommend this hotel. The accomodations were exactly as pictured in the brochure. Loved the quiet time between 11:00P.M. and 6:00A.M. What a great idea for family stays.

Great service, great chalet/condo. I would recommend mystic springs to anyone. I probably would not stay anywhere else ever again, and I havestayed at a number of other placesnearby. It was just a very, very good experience. Cannot think of one single complaint.

Everything about the place was perfect, from the swimming pool & hot tub to the friendly helpful service from front desk and the manager (including great tips where to go in Canmore). The chalet was spotless, spaceous and well equipped with a full size kitchen, free broadband via cable and comfortable beds. The location is beautiful and quiet - amazing since town is so busy! We are looking forward to our second stay in December.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and very well equipped. We arrived after midnight, when reception staff had gone off duty. The security staff arrived within minutes with our keys. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.

“Fantastic!”

The hotel was perfect for us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice outdoor pool, quiet and well tended. It had a full kitchen and an eating area. It does not have a restaurant or room service, but there are so many great places to eat within walking distance that it really doesn't matter. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

“Fantastic moutain get-away!!”

What a treat! We stayed in room 116 which offered us splendid mountain views and no traffic noise from Highway 1. The accommodation was perfect.

“I Would LOVE To Come Back & Spend a Week Here!!!”

We got in rather late driving from Montana. We were a little confused as to what to do but there was a phone to call Security who promptly arrived to give us the keys to our room and direct us. The room was fabulous and we felt right at home. The fireplace was charming and the beds were heavenly. I think we all slept like babies. It was also very quiet and we felt very secure here. The near by town for shopping and other things was very close and we ate dinner at a great restaurant called Luna. If I ever visit this part of Canada again, I will stay here again!

“Good value”

Very good value for money, it's clean spacious and close to Banff and all the ski areas around Banff. Friendly helpfull staff. Hotel located close to downtown Canmore.

Great hotel, only two exercise machines in the fitness room and pool/hot tub were just ok. Otherwise would definitely go back.
