“Great hotel for solitude”

Fantastic, very cozy place. We felt totally at home here. Very quiet surroundings, friendly staff, and great amenities.

“Spotless”

Very well maintained property, spotless and immaculate rooms, a little toward the OCD. Helpful staff. The cabins are far superior to the bungalows. We needed two bedrooms so they put us in the handicapped room, needlessly. A little weird, you walked right into a bedroom with a tiny wall mounted TV. We switched to a cozy cabin with sleeper sofa on the third night, was much more of what we had in mind. No restaurant on site. Good location on the main road to Lake Louise. If your budget allows, you might also try the Post Hotel with their excellent upscale restaurant.

“Beautiful with great staff.”

We stayed in one of the individual cabins which I don't think was insulated. The place was immaculate. The only issue was the heat. It went on and it got to warm. When it went off for a while it got a bit chilly. That particular unit may need an adjustment in the thermostat to keep the temperature more constant. We cooked out and the staff was right there to bring us a spatula and wire brush for the grill. A great setting with a wonderful staff.

“Good hotel if you need a full kitchen”

It is a good hotel if you need a full kitchen, two bed rooms. But there is no AC, it can get very warm in a hot day.
