Enjoyed the overnight stay. It was comfortable and well presented.

Very friendly staff members. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the herbal product because that was my favorite product at home. Not many choices in the dinning room but the food was really good.

“Beautiful spot”

What a great place to stay in Lake Louise. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Coffee and tea are available in the mornings by the ice machines on each floor, and afternoon tea is served in the main lobby.

“Good services and felt good during stay”

We stayed at Post for six nights. We really enjoyed the stay for the whole period. We did extensive research for Lake Louise and Banff areas. We decided to pick this hotel were affected a lot by the good reviews from other customers. The staffs at the counter are very friendly and same as most of the services in the hotel restaurant. This is one of the most important factors to have a good vacation stay.

“Highly recommended”

Ideal location for exploring Louise lake area if you have a car. Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, balcony view of mountains, close to village. Excellent indoor pool and spa. Did not try fine dining restaurant, went to Outpost pub next door which was relaxed, adequate food, not a great range of wines. We visited the more expensive Fairmont Chateau while we were there, for breakfast and a lovely lake walk and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the lake. We had the best of both worlds!

“Marvelous hotel in nature's paradise.”

Restaurant is first class by any standard and the rooms are as well. So glad we stayed here instead of up at the Fairmont. It is nice, but so big. Post Hotel is very cozy.

“Great get away spot!!”

My son and I visited in August and loved the Post Hotel and Spa!! The location on the banks of a creek is superb and it feels like a cozy and intimate Swiss Chalet! The staff was terrific and the spa, pool and hot tub allowed us to rest weary legs from hiking and meet other travellers. The hotel is known to have the best food in the area and an excellent wine cellar. The only negative is that the food and wine are very expensive in the dining room and bar. The pub has excellent food and the wine by the glass there is about half the price of the wine in the main bar. There is a small shopping center within an easy walk which has a bakery and Starbucks to get your day started. I will definately recommend this hotel to friends and look forward to returning!!

Great hotel staff - courteous, helpful, and friendly; rooms are clean and comfortable; and convenient to location to Lake Louise and there is a small groups of stores to buy snacks and coffee and pastries.
