“Very nice”

We liked the room very much and would stay again if we are in the area. The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful.

“Very respectful and responsible!”

They were overbooked, and admitted their own mistake. To me, they are gutsy! At the same time, they up-graded our booking from the cheapest one to their top grade room with a jaccuzi. In fact, that was also thier last room available for that evening. To top all these up, they kept apologizing to us for a few times! What a service and respect they have shown!

“stay”

The only bad thing was someone's car alarm went off 5 times during the night disturbing our sleep. Not as quiet as the sign on the inside of the door said it should be.

“Banff vacation”

The location was very close to highway #1 and the rate was not so bad for two nights, but the facility was quite old outside and inside. The TV was no working and wireless internet connection was up and down constantly. The ice machine and microwave oven were located inside of office, which was locked at night. Even the glass turning plate in microwave oven was missing. It's OK for the money, but I would not recommend the place for my friends.

“far too expensive for "quality" provided”

first was given a room where bed was not made; then had to search for receptionist (on break) for 10 minutes to get another room; main light in alternative room did not work and could not be made to work; carpet was of questionable cleanliness

“Terrible”

Our bathrooms (2) rooms were filthy. Floors had not been cleaned in weeks. Beds were stiffened by 3 1x6 boards. Mattresses were very old. The carpets had not been cleaned in the crevices or under beds. I had to ask for cleaner to clean the bathroom floors.
