Conveniently located on Banff Avenue, the "main street" in town, Rundlestone Lodge is within walking distance of restaurants, boutiques, and the outdoor paradise that is Banff National Park. Banff Centre (fine and performing arts) and the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies are each only 1 km (0.6 mi) away.
Guests can relax and chat with other visitors in front of the large fireplace in the lobby. A fitness center features cardio- and strength-training equipment. Guests may also wish to swim in the 45-foot lap pool or relax in the spa tub.
Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout and there is also complimentary heated underground parking.
Rooms
Guestrooms feature separate sleeping and sitting areas, and all have individual climate control. Some rooms have balconies with views of the Canadian Rockies.

Recreation
Banff National Park is the perfect spot for outdoor sports enthusiasts. In the winter, guests can enjoy downhill skiing at three different resorts: Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village, or Lake Louise. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and ice-skating are other popular activities.
In summer, guests can hike or bike within the national park. Whitewater rafting is popular in the Bow River, which flows throughout the park. Canoes can be rented at Lake Louise, 57 km (35 mi) away.
Banff Springs Golf Course, open to the public, is 3 km (2 mi) from the hotel.
Within the hotel itself, guests can relax and unwind in the swimming pool or spa tub. An exercise room is also available.

“Absolutely the best service and ambiance for your dollar!!! We'd definitely return!”
Our check in wasn't until 4 pm, which was a little later than we had thought, but we had time to tour Banff Ave, so it wasn't a waste of time at all! The service was impeccable right from check in to check out! A+++++!
“Gorgeous Pool”
Wonderful place, great service and staff. Their morning buffet breakfast was also delicious. They provided free breakfast because they didn't have a fridge for us. It was great.

Excellent staff and comfort of room was great. Lodge is a little further from main center of town - somewhat of a problem if your children are young when you walk to town.

“Great Banff hotel great location”
This is the second stay I've had at the Rundlestone. I've stayed in the loft kitchenette room complete with spa tub and corner fireplace. The hotel provides logs everyday and was a great experience to sit infront of the fire after a cold day out on the slopes. Never tried the hotel resturant and was disappointed that the hotel computer had a fee when there is free wireless in the rooms but otherwise happy with this hotel Will stay there again as long as the rates are right.

Hotel had great location close to heart of town! Room was decorated nicely--seemed clean, "new", comfortable beds, good size bathroom, great shower/towels...Beautiful grounds, lovely restaurant on premises, great in-door, heated pool! Friendly and helpful staff! Would recommend to friends and family
“Would stay here again!”
We received a complimentary upgrade to a room that had a loft and a kitchenette upon check-in. We were very pleased with the room. The only issue we had was that the shower head didn't work very well... not enough water pressure. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
