“Great winter getaway hotel”

Perfect stay for a quick ski getaway. Great to have a heated underground garage on a cold winter's day. Super fitness facilities, professional and helpful staff. Minor complaint -- the bed was supposed to be a queen but seemed very small -- more like a small old-fashioned double. Despite the bed size would return in a heartbeat at the shoulder season rate we paid.

“Nice Hotel”

One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. Just beware that they say they're located right downtown when they're actually about a 15-20 min walk to downtown.

“Lovely & comfortable room at a great price!”

The hotel was lovely. The room was large, quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very quiet. FREE underground parking, with easy elevator access. Nice indoor lap pool & hot tub. The only downside could be its location to the downtown shopping area. The hotel is a good 15 to 20 min. walk. This could present a problem in inclement weather.

“Will use this Hotel again”

No hassles checking in all paper work was in order, Room was very clean, Bed was firm yet comfortable with nice bedding and pillows, wireless internet worked first try with no difficulties, Pool area and changerooms very clean, hot tub was a little tooo hot but still a welcome site after a day on the road. Nice and quite location but with that comes a bit of walk into town but needed that after a huge dinner downtown.

One of the few hotels in Banff that offers air conditioning and free high-speed internet access. Rooms are newly remodeled, clean and neat.

Rundlestone is a good hotel on Banff Avenue. Majority of the hotels in Banff are along Banff Avenue and I would say that Rundlestone is one of the better ones. The hotel is well equipped, the room was spacious and quiet, the gym and swimming pool and hot tub was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

“Great base for a skiing holiday!!”

Well located on the outskirts of Banff. We had a car to get around so getting to the centre of Banff was easy. Car parking was not a problem. The hotel has an excellent heated underground car park with direct lift access to your room. Rooms are large, clean and confortable. Pool & jacuzzi are an adequate size and welcoming. We would recommend this hotel and would return to it on any future visit to Banff. Perhaps, more importantly, it offered great value for money!

“Loft Kitchenette good for baby”

We needed a room with some some separation so our baby could nap and go to bed early. The loft kitchenette was great as long as we had a fan to provide some background noise. Big, clean room for a reasonable price. We were allowed an early check-in and a late check out without any hassle. It was exactly what we needed. The pool was nice too.
