Spacious Suites, close drive to the Jasper & BanffPosted Jun 30, 2015
Cons: Slightly noisy, walls are thinner than I would have hoped, but didn't bother me much as the overall say was very comfortable.
Had a great stay! Suite was very roomy, master washroom was HUGE, staff were very polite and friendly. Kitchen had all the necessities, they provide washer/dryer supplies, great Wi-Fi connection. Didn't get to test out the pool unfortunately as we had a short stay.

Everything was good. The best part is BBQ grill per room and all tools, glasses, and dishes. Hope staying again!

Wonderful placePosted Jun 27, 2015
The rooms were quiet and very nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was an excellent location. We did not try the bistro. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Fantastic place to stay. We will be back.Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: The gas grill is lined directly to a gas line so no fuel worries and no lines at a common grill as it is right on the balcony.
Cons: They are doing it all well from my experience.
Location: It is a 10 minute drive to Banff, enough said. About 90 minutes from Calgary airport. Shopping is close by and easy. Didn't do much in town though.
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Our family trip started as a disaster thanks to United Airlines; luggage lost, rerouted to another city, arriving a day late etc. The hotel staff went out of their way to assist us during this time. We arrived with just the clothes on our backs after a 2 day stay in various airports. The staff delivered extra soap for the washing machine and towels to help us clean up and even went so far as to extend our stay an extra day for free. The room was clean and modern with exceptionally comfortable beds. (My daughters also said the pull out bed was comfortable.) We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers in our room and it was more than adequate for us. The views are spectacular. For light sleepers the ever present trains through the area can be an issue if the windows are open. The location near the heliport was also less than ideal but only became an issues when sleeping in late.

Beautiful room with amazing view!Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Clean, spacious, great location.
Location: Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Banff National Park.
The hotel was great - with very spacious rooms! Having a full kitchen was really nice. The balcony was great, and had a grill and a great mountain view. Nice location, about 3 miles outside Banff park entrance.

Free upgrade to two bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise. Spacious and clean. Our favorite hotel from the five we stayed at. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice PlacePosted Jun 15, 2015
Pros: The Room it had
Location: A bit far but great value
The family stayed in the area to do some hiking and sight seeing. It was nice, clean and roomy for the 2 year old to bounce around the room. All of our activities where in the Park or Banff area. We are from the city so the drive (30 mins) wasn't bad for the value we saved and VIP from expedia. We would stay here again and recommend it to all.

Great Hotel, great views, awesome outdoor pool~!Posted Jun 11, 2015
Pros: I loved the fact that there is an outdoor pool and hottub, and you are allowed to drink (alcohol) at it. THE BEST!
Cons: Check-in procedure could be a bit quicker/improved.
Location: Great views of mountains, close drive to downtown.
Loved this place. Although check in , the room wasnt ready, we were still able to go and lay by the pool. And when we retrieved our room , we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, which was amazing. We had 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen, 2 balconies, and a great view. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.
