Run down property that smells like smoke as soon as you walk in the front lobby. The casino is a smoking one and can smelt throughout. Property needs a facelift for sure. All staff not customer engaged but instead sitting on their phones or chatting to one and other. When booking called the property and got a high nightly rate plus pet fee on top. Found on Expedia a bit cheaper so called to see if they would price match but no. Had to pay on the app and book then pay for the pet separate as every room is a pet room. In room the toilet needed maintenance as soon as we got in, fridge was off and no wifi password. Had to call the desk for each thing. Definitely not worth the price. Maybe when it was new and especially not during off season. Food was decent in the restaurant though and not bad pricing.

It was a birthday getaway. Had fun not much to choose from in the terms of food. There was a renovation going on. If they offered a getaway package for couples might get more business in.

Super clean and friendly staff. The kids running down the hall was loud but settled down. Parking was a bit snow drifted and the potential for theft signs everywhere was a bit unsettling at first but absolutely nothing happened. Location excellent

The Hotel had apparently suffered a frozen pipe which caused a flood on the floor where our room was. The hallway had dehumdifying fans blowing the three days we were there. The hotel did nothing to compensate for having to walk through the construction zone to the room. The air quality in the hall was terrible as the pink batten inslulation was sticking out of the walls at the bottom where the drywall was removed in order for them to attempt drying the building out. the insulation was not doubt blowing all around the hallway. The room was extemely tired and old and had a very healthy layer of dust in it from the construcion that was going on in the hall and other rooms that were affected by the flood. The pillows on one of the beds looked like that had been used and so we requested new ones. The new pillows seemt be wet as after a while one could feel the dampness and the mattress ended up being fairly wet under the pillow. We booked using "free nights" and were charged an additional amount as the room was listed at some $284.00 per night so we ended up paying more than what the hotel room should have cost in just the overage charges for the room. At best this was an $80.00 a night hotel. This is one of the worst I am sorry to say. Why did I not say anything at the hotel? Simply because it should not have been necessay. I am rethinking the whole hotels.com thing as we had a bum room in Seville in Spain last fall.

Was a great stay, room above us was noisy, did not look like lots staying there. They should spread out guest more so nobody needs to be above you when the place is not full. Also security should have been doing walk around to confirm place is quiet for sleeping guests.

Staff were rude and inconsiderate, saw many staff members sitting around on their phones sitting in guest areas. There was dirt, spilled food and drink, vomit covering every square Inch of the floor. The outside of the building looks as if it had been through a hurricane. The “O” in the hanging Casino sign was missing, the parking lot was covered in horse feces, garbage and full bottles of liquor strewn along the premises. When I asked for a mountain view the staff laughed in my face and told me it was probably booked up. (The parking lot was empty with 1 vehicle that had a tarp for a front window) When I did get the mountain view, I had a view of the pile of broken pallets and garbage along with a sea of C cans. The room was filthy, the hide a bed had what looked like feces stuck to the bottom of the cushions. The bed sheets still had the tag and fold lines from the stare they were bought at. Photos of the hotel are clearly altered, a lot of effort goes into scamming people to go here. Reeks like cigarettes everywhere. SAVE YOUR CASH!

Tv didn’t work. No wifi in our room. We had to use unsecured wifi from room next door. Phone didn’t work. Drapes were dirty and water stained. Bed was poorly made up and not comfortable. They said there was room service, but we shouldn’t use it for some reason. And no menu or other info in room

Good for a night away!
All staff was friendly, pool was great, good was good, but definitely heard noise in the room from people above or below or maybe the hallway!? Overall had a pleasant stay at half the cost of other hotels in/around the area.
