Hotel was brand new. In town location with tgreat views of the surrounding mountains. Easily walk to the central district with shops and great restaurants. would definitely stay again

The Fox Hotel and Suites is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The staff was very knowledgable about the area and the hotel. Our room was beautiful and kept very clean. We had a beautiful view of a mountain from our window. A nice Continental breakfast (with a waffle-making station) was complimentary! They also had complimentary underground parking and ski-lockers. Lift tickets were avavilable at the frontdesk at a discount and worked at all of the resorts near by. They also had bus service to the ski resorts that we did not utilize. There was a large, underground heated pool at the hotel that was amazing!! It was able to hold lots of people and made to look like a cave. Because of the cave-like decor and the shape of the pool, it never felt crowded. In the ceiling of the pool area there was a large skylight so you can see the stars at night. the Fox Hotel also offered a sauna and an exercise room. There is a Chili's attached to the hotel for dining and drinks. The Fox Hotel and Suites has been by far the best place we have ever stayed. We would (and do) recommend it to everybody! We are already planning a trip back for next year!

“Excellent Place to Stay”

This hotel was a great hotel to stay it. It was just a few minutes walk to downtown to shopping, eating and attractions. The rooms were very roomy and had plenty of space. The hotel was very nice and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also execellent. I will stay here on return trip!

The young lady who greeted us upon arrival and again at departure was very gracious, engaging and helpful. The lobby was most welcoming and looked exactly like the pictures in the website. Our suite was very comfortable and filled our needs perfectly. The breakfast was very nice but could use the addition of some meat and/or eggs. The take out/room service was very good and very quick. We really appreciated the underground parking, especially on rainy days. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the downtown area. The hot tub was unusual and fun. The use of the internet was a bit pricey when one it used to getting it free.

“A Nice Place to Stay”

This hotel is quite nice. The room was nice and dark and relatively quiet. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and Chili's restaurant is located in the lobby. The continental breakfast was free but fairly plain, though they did have waffles (but no bacon and eggs). Room was averaged size but everything worked well and the room was clean. A nice play to stay!

“Great location, Amazing staff, Beautiful surroundings!!”

I LOVED this hotel! The fox was my comfy den in my winter wonderland. Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was GORGEOUS and made for lots of relaxation after a long day of boarding!! Walking distance easily to downtown if you the miss the bus.....but it is a short distance. I would definitely recomend the fox!!!!! And i am VERY picky!! :)

“Surprised at the quality.”

Many hotels look good on the surface, but do not hold up on closer inspection. The Fox Hotel and Suites held up no matter how closely one looks. The maintenance of the building and quality of the rooms is top-notch. We were very satisfied with the value we got for our money. We've already recommended this hotel to a number of friends and family.

“A great place to rest and discover Banff”

We checked in and enjoyed the pillow-topped beds and the beautiful Jacuzzi cave and the sauna. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer in house. The breakfast was really nice too. I would definitely stay here again

I liked the hot pool in the cave-like surrounding. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Good location on Banff Ave. Room was warm even on cool evenings. Attractive hotel, matched the surroundings.
