As soon as I got out of my vehicle I was greeted by a nice gentleman who asked if I needed help with my luggage. Then at check in I was greeted by a very friendly lady. My interactions with all staff were very good, from the reception to the waitresses and bartenders. The view from my room was amazing. I used the bus service to go into town. Check out was smooth. I will definitely go back in the future.

I always wanted to stay at The Rimrock Hotel, and finally managed to stay for two nights. Efficient and Friendly right from the start. She’s an elegant old hotel that ticks all the boxes.

The view from our balcony was majestic! The concierge, Eric was able to get us into Eden last minute where the food and experience was phenomenal. They provide a shuttle into town, just call the front desk. 10/10 recommended!

Excellent location and well taken care of. Expedia took an hour and a half of my time, to remove one day from our original booking, poor interaction with your hotel.

i wish the customer service at front desks are more knowledgeable when it comes to amenities hours, key returns etc. instead of redirecting me to go to the spa level and ask the question as well as telling me to just read the instructions on the parking exit on how to return the room key.

Celebrated our 30th anniversary and couldn't have been happier. The staff were amazing. We ate at the Primrose and it was the perfect experience. We are now considering making this our annual get-a-way.

You don't need to leave the hotel for the day and can still have a good day. Amenities are great. The underground parking garage needs to either get expanded or there needs to be a gate or blockade to indicate when it is full.

Rimrock is at a location which is worth opting for your trip. It was close to few hotspots and at a good elevation. Room was a little smaller but still worth it for 3 people. Service was impeccable! We didn't get a No for our requests. There are facilities for all ages. Highly recommend it. It had the feeling of luxury, great view from the room and dining hall, quiet, kid-friendly and certainly Great value for our money.

Highly recommend this resort. We upgraded our room and the panoramic view was incredible. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond. We had dinner at the Eden and the entire evening was perfect. We did a lot that weekend and the hotel was perfectly situated halfway between all of our activities (lake Louise and Canmore).

Beautiful hotel! Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was very quiet to sleep and was not interrupted once. Area is very close to the hot springs and the gondola, which is convenient. Would love to go back some day.

Property was high class, clean, beautiful. Parkade is tight, especially on a busy weekend when there are not enough spots. Staff were very good, friendly and helpful. As with most hotels, drink prices in the lounge were excessive.

The property is very nice but much too expensive. The parking lot is tight and inconvenient for $25 per night. The gym/spa/pool area are adequate. Carpets are worn and bubbling up. Overall, clean and comfortable rooms.

Of course, the property itself is unique due to its location, which also provides tranquillity. The staff was excellent regarding their care from the beginning to the end of the stay. The amenities like the pool, small outdoor skating rink, spa, and coffee shop heightened the experience and improved the stay's functionality. Relative to the other high-class hospitality venues in the Banff area, such as the Fairmont Banff Springs, the yielded value of the Rimrock Resort is superior. However, the spa offerings definitely were a little steep. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I can see myself returning. I recommend giving the resort a try.
