Luxury accommodation at bargain prices. The Aetas Lumpini is my favorite Bangkok hotel. Rooms are large, modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet offers lots of choices. The location is excellent, with the MTR subway just a 2 minute walk.Staff are helpful and friendly.

This hotel is a real steal for the price! The beds are super comfy, rooms are spacious and squeaky clean, and breakfast options are diverse. It's just a refreshing experience!

Great value for the price! The room was clean and excellent. Despite being located by the main road, it wasn't as noisy as I expected. The food was delicious too.

The staff here is super nice and really helpful. I was worried when I checked in late, but they were totally cool about it and helped me out a lot. I was pleasantly surprised by how big and clean the room was. Overall, I had a great time staying here.

The hotel is excellent, great value for money. I love the peaceful atmosphere here, despite being located in the heart of the city. The staff at the lobby are lovely, making it a good choice for a stay.

During my recent trip to Bangkok with my mother, we stayed at this hotel. The spacious and immaculate room, along with the friendly staff, left us thoroughly impressed. Plus, the hotel's central location made me easy to travel around. Overall, it was a delightful and convenient stay that made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I stayed in a Deluxe room and it was incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were plenty of amenities provided. For such a great rate, it's rare to find this level of quality in a 5-star hotel. With this price, the location is excellent, everything is clean, and all the facilities are top-notch. It's a steal 😎👍

The room was even more spacious than expected, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially those in the breakfast room. The location is convenient, right by the road and MRT station. If you're someone who enjoys traveling and doesn't rely much on taxis, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The proximity to the MRT is a huge plus, and we found ourselves using it frequently. Moreover, the food was surprisingly good! My husband and I went for dinner at the restaurant without expecting much, but we were pleasantly surprised. They served excellent Pad Thai and seafood fried rice.

Staff were friendly. Room was nice but there were issues. The tub panel randomly fell off with a loud bang while we were sleeping. I put it back on and it fell off again while we were out. We came back to the room after a day out to find the water line to of the sinks leaking bad. I turned off the water to that line and cleaned the water. I was too tired to move rooms or have some one fixing it in the middle of the night. The TV doesn’t work. Not that we to watch it. Overall the place was nice but the couple issues. The view at all how it looked in pictures from the jacuzzi tub.

The property was closed during covid and from what I can tell, reopened sometime this year. Was one great but is still good. Staff is very responsive. Continental breakfast was very good. A little rust came out of the shower head when first turned on and a bunch of mold came out of the hot tub jets when first turned on….was pretty disgusting. All in all it’s still a really good property that close to Lumpini. I think they can do really well but will have a lot of competition from other properties in the area and some being built nearby.

Great hotel that comes with great staff. The staff are super friendly and great at accommodating any request. I had a great room with amazing view from the tower. They also have a small pool - it is a bit small and in shade so it is a good dipping place but not a pool to practice swimming. the hotel is located a few minutes from a subway station which is a great game changer - it made navigating through the city and visiting areas super easy. I will definitely stay here again!

At check-in, the front office manager personally took me to my room to show me around and explain all the amenities the hotel had to offer. I had executive lounge access and the food and beverage selection was excellent.

Excellent location 1 minute away from Subway. Pool not rooftop but on 9th floor. No access to top floor, not even to take in the view or a picture. Elevators locked to your floor only. Can’t visit friends on Other floors without their room key. Poor paper quality slippers and saying you get charged for them. Broke through them the first 5 minutes due to being made of paper. Mega construction next door for next few years.

The hotel does not have conditioner in the bathroom. The breakfast does not include natural juices and the cheese is dry and old. The front desk is not helpful when you call with a concern. The staff at the lounge and the front desk is not friendly.

Great room and great service
I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to go back. I was especially impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who receive a package on my behalf before I arrived and were helpful in arranging transportation as well. The room was fantastic, with a great view of the city and Lumphini Park, as was the outdoor pool on the 9th floor. The breakfast buffet had great options as well.
