“Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bangkok.”

I have stayed at the Amari Watergate Hotel two or three times a year for the last 5 years. The hotel provides excellent friendly services all round. Rooms are well equipped, spacious, comfortable and very clean. There is a good choice of restuarants in the hotel, providing a good range for all pallets. I recommend the efficient limo pick-up from the airport.

“Amari Hotel”

The Amari Watergate Hotel is a very nice hotel in a great location in Bangkok. I would recommend it. Large rooms and beds. Very clean. The front desk staff were a bit rude though. Not very pleasant to work with.

“General comment about the hotel:”

Generally, Amari Watergate Hotel is rated 4 out of 5 = close to extremely satisfied (clean, location wise is good, easy access to shopping and business area, good room service, good food specially the Thai on 4 - hmmmm very delicious Thai food). But one minor comment on the housekeeping service, sometimes the housekeeper forgot to complete the bathroom amenities and coffee/tea facilities. For example: he/she forgot to refill the tea/coffee & sugar things, forgot to replace the hand towels, and (very) late room cleaning. I stayed 6 nights in Amari, and there were 2 days that my room has not been cleaned up until 5 pm - so I had to call Housekeeping and went out while they were cleaning up.
