“Could do better.”

5th stay.. .March 29th- April 8th. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool and surrounding area . .acceptable but looking a little tired... . Rooms acceptable but only 4 star. Food quality is excellent . . .although Trader Vics was disappointing . . (Limited and strange menu) Prices for drinks within the hotel are too high . . £5 for a small beer £5 for a poolside fruit smoothie. Suggest tighter controls with who is allowed onto the hotel site .. Too many hookers and lady boys is just unacceptable for a hotel of this standard... We have stayed at this hotel over many years and have always found this hotel to be the perfect resort stay in Bangkok .. We have yet to find a better setting. Our advice to the hotel would be invest and update
