“Good location, but...”

Hotel is city center, just in front of one of the biggest shopping complex. So, in some event, it may be noisy evein midnight.

“Great location but room was noisy.”

The best thing about this hotel is the location with close proximity to shopping and dining. The room was nice but the walls between rooms are paper thin and I could hear TV and voices from both sides and a loud room across the hall.

“Location, Location, Location (and that's it)”

The sheets were clean, and the beds were made. The lobby was nice, and the hotel staff was very helpful, when they could be. The bellhops were nice also. There were large amounts of mildew all over the shower, easily cleaned up with a sponge and just wasn't. A large scary drain in the corner of the bathroom, and often we heard the sound of dripping water above, but saw nothing. It was worth what we paid, and in Bangkok you're barely in the hotel anyway. The location was excellent and we felt safe. One major complaint: you have to buy time for the internet from the front desk, you can't just charge it from the internet directly. My internet time expired while I was in the middle of skyping with my mom, and I had to run downstairs and buy a time card.

“Not going back!”

I booked 2 rooms for 3 people. But they tried to change it and offered 1 suite with extra bed because they didn't want to give us two rooms!! Thanks goodness we declined it. The breakfast was extremely crowded, out of food, no place to sit down and the service was poor.
