Nice & Cosy HotelPosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Rooms size and services, Morning Breakfast selection are quite alright for the hotel pricing
Cons: Nothing, if the location can be managed.
Location: For the city shopping with the BTS transportation is quite alright. We enjoyed the complimentary half day tour.
We have a booked a two bedroom suite which turn out to a one bedroom suite with connected room. It was a rather pleasing stay and my family are quite please for the stay and facility provided by the hotel.

Good location with many shopping malls nearbyPosted Jul 6, 2014
We had no trouble navigating around the city as it was close to the BTS Station which get us to where we want to go fast, especially during the traffic peak hours.

Been a few times nowPosted Jun 25, 2014
Cons: Didn't notice the breakfast was the highest quality this time around.
Location: Short walk, or courtesy tuk tuk to sukhimvit, were there are a range of bars and resteraunts. Plus easy access to rail system to explore the city.
Always enjoy my stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and comfortable, close to bars, resterasunts and transport, and whilst I understand why some don't like the pool, I actually enjoy it. Because of its positioning, it escapes the direct sun so is refreshingly cool water to dip in after a Bangkok day.

Nice Hotel and convenient along the city.Posted Jun 11, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and cleanliness of the hotel as a whole.
Cons: More choices of food for complimentary breakfast.
Location: Location is awesome, it is safe and close to nearby shopping mall and convenient stores.
Our trip was short and at the same time under the recent government instability in the country. Martial Law has been implemented and curfew has been enforced during the night. We could have gone more to see some beautiful places in Bangkok. Hotel Staff are so nice though some are limited in speaking english but they manage to advise us where to go for shopping, places to visit and how to get by around Bangkok.

Bad HotelPosted Jun 8, 2014
I booked a two night stay at this hotel since I wanted to stay in near proximity of my friends hotel. The hotel facility is pretty old. The air conditioning took about 15 min. to kick in. I was hoping to use the wifi to reseach my next travel destination but the signal was poor. I mention this to the hotel front desk but they never did anything to resolve it. The wifi only worked in the lobby, barely. During checkout, the hotel tried to bill me for something I didn't even use. Cust. service here sucked. This was the worst hotel stay in my two week vacation. The only positive thing about this place is that it is clean. I would highly recommend skipping this place. There are other nearby hotels with the same price point as this one.
