Pleasant stayPosted Nov 15, 2013
It is very convenient for my husband and I to travel from the Airport to the hotel by train. The shopping is at your door step. The only thing is no wifi available in the room. There is even a bus service to Jatuchak Market on weekends. I would recommend my friends to stay here for the convienient

Bad experience at Baiyoke boutique hotelPosted Aug 12, 2013
Cons: Check-in procedures, terrible sewerage smell in front of hotel, rooms not clean, allowing smokers inside hotel.
Location: The laneway to/from the hotel is extremely narrow (no coach entry) and terribly smell. The surrounding areas are good with plenty of shopping.
We checked in late (around 6.00pm). They took time to (30mins) to do check in for 4 rooms. The rooms are not ready. At the end they gave us rooms but 2 rooms haven't been done (the rooms are totally dirty, terribly smell and smoking trays still full). We've got to call them and wait for another 1.5 hrs before the rooms are clean. Later on we found out that they're locate rooms in smoking level for my group whereas we're not smoking. The hotel is located in a dead-end road and to walk to shopping area, we must pass the road where heabily smell of sewerage. They offered facilities of their sister hotel (Baiyoke Sky) next doors so if you want to swim or have a massage, your have to walk to another hotel nearby.

Budget placePosted Jul 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
This place is cheap so do not expect much. But overall the people there are friendly esp the bell boys. They provide excellent service! The only thing that I personally don't like is the shower. There is no separate bath tub and shower.

Recommend for budget travellersPosted Jul 19, 2013
Pros: Great location and cheap!
Cons: Every one will have to walk through a walkway that stinks.
Location: Just beside the tallest building, Baiyoke Sky Hotel, so it's easy to find your way back to hotel!
The room is nice and acceptable for the price paid. Location wise is great for shoppers. Just a short walk to shopping areas like the pratunam morning market and platinum mall. Staffs are really friendly and they came up to the room to assist us wih the safe box and luggage after we check in.
