Cons: Option of a mattress topper for the hard beds would be good.
Enjoyed staying there. Happy with our choice for what we needed / wanted.

LocationPosted Oct 22, 2013
The hotel was well located for shopping and although close to Sukhumvit Road it was not noisy. The breakfast was good and dinner delicious. I was pleased to find the waiter took my request seriously for the Thai food not to have any soy sauce in it as we are coeliac. We had an upgrade although I'm not sure why which was lovely to have a bit more space with a living area as we have children. Staff were friendly and helpful, we stayed there 10 years ago and would definitely go again.

Comfortable stayPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
In general the hotel stay was comfortable. The bathroom cold use an update, our shower drained very slowly and there were signs of mold in the tiling. Everything else was satisfactory. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel was ideally located.

Good dollar for value overallPosted Aug 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
5-10min walk to Nana BTS Station (3 station away from Siam). Room is neat and tidy, basic but nothing fancy. Staff are friendly & helpful while speak good english. Overall, it's dollar for value if you consider the location, service vs what you paid for.

Great comfortPosted Jul 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
We had a great stay. Lovely people, awesome staff. However, with the construction going on next door, the hotel neighbourhood looked really messy, mudy and smelly. I am not blaming the hotel as this is beyond their control; we were just unfortunate to be there at that time. In general, the hotel is hegly commendable.

Joiner fee... !??Posted Jul 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Stayed 3 nights at Belaire with a friend in a 2 bed room. Pretty good deal but my friend had to pay a joiner fee of THB 1000 for inviting a masseuse in the room at night for just 1 hour, with staffs banging on the door and calling endlessly.

Not BadPosted Jun 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
The air conditioning needed some minor fix but after repaired everything was fine. Not a bad place to stay. Could use some update in the rooms. The service was fine.

Nice Hotel maintained poorlyPosted Jun 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was booked and on arrival taken to a room which put me off immediately. (not because of the quality of room, thought it was also nothing great) but because of its condition. Stains on the sheet, rug and carpet..carpet was full of food particals as if not vaccumend at all. Dust all around. I had to complaint to the manager on duty (as the GM was off being Sunday). He promptly appologised and upgraded me to the 5th floor room which he called was club Trebica. However to my amazement, the moment I complained 2 ladies from housekeeping arived and started contradicting me as if I have commited a sin by complaining...I showed them the problems and they were satisfied. However then came the bell boy who took my luggage to the other room and asked me in such a manner that now am I satisfied (as if I was dissatiffied under some conspiracy). The other room was also not clean and I had to request to get it vacumed again...The hotel was nice to provide me with a flower arrangement. After this things were ok...However what struck me odd was the presence of pool cleaning baars right in the centre of the vision of guests. I do not thing they made a pleasent site to have been kept there. Apart from this, a nice hotel which desperately needs maintainance work. I think the quality of product can be suplimented by good service...however in my case I found it trimendously lacking...

Very decent hotelPosted Jun 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
A decent hotel with a convinient location on Sukhumvit road. Some people may find the location a bit out of the way but for us it was ok, especially with the variety of Indian and Arabic restaurants. The staff is very helpful and the travel desk arranged very comfortable transportation for us.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Rooms were clean and well kept. Pool area needed a bit of a makeover.
