“Great view of the river”
We had a great view of the river and it was romantic to go out on the balcony to watch the barges and long tail boats pass by. The food at the restaurant was great and the surrounding neighborhood had cute little shops selling all the exotic things you go to Bangkok to buy.

great hotel, excellent service and amenities, nice fitness center, pool, and computer business center, wonderful dining facilites, convenient services in same building for quick market, starbucks, hair salon and spa service most important is ease of access to old city sights or chinatown via the river express or the access to downtown sights and outstanding malls for shopping and entertainment, cinema, etc via the skytrain metro service, both are access through compliemtary always available river taxi

size of the suit is great, i don't think i had to ask for anything when i got there , they had every thing in the room u will need to use already. the staff of the hotel they where always ready to help you ,never had to look for there help they where there, made you feel welcome ,even when you went to get your free breakfast you where treated the same as when you did pay for it , as you know some places if it is free it is not that great. all there resturant had a nice setting and view , i will always try to go back to the hotel to have my lunch or dinner , i did use there tours and they where very helpfull in that as well, the best hotel i stayed in on my trip.
“Wonderful refuge just far enough away”
This hotel made our stay in Bangkok. Its just a few minutes away by (free) river ferry or by tuk tuk from all of the action. Those few minutes were the crucial difference between living in the middle of the Bangkok craziness and coming back to a refuge where you can get some rest in a peaceful, clean, and beautiful environment. It really was a great way to balance vs. the sometimes intense smells, touts, pollution, and generally busy streets and markets of Bangkok. Rooms were very clean, bed was very confortable. River view is definitely worthwhile (its so interesting to watch the different vessels go by in the morning). Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful. All round great place to adjust to Thailand after stepping off a 21 hour plane ride. Defnitely recommend and would go back in a heart beat if we're ever back in Bangkok.
“Very clean and comfortable apartment for a family”
New, clean, nice, comfortable, safe, quiet, has a small kitchen, on the river, and reasonably priced....what's not to like. Perfect for a family with small children.
“Excellent Bangkok Chatrium hotel”
Lovely hotel, wonderful view if you get the river view, excellent location on the river with a boat shuttle to the skytrain station. Rooms are large and well equipped with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a convection microwave oven. Staff is friendly and very professional and efficient. Restaurant is good with a wide selection of different cuisines and the included breakfast is nothing short of stunning (probably the best we ever had). Next building has a top class spa that my wife used it every day (reasonable priced too). Top floor (36) has a high end Cantonese restaurant. There is a 7-11 with an ATM and a Starbucks in the next building too. Overall a very pleasant experience, definitely our address when we return to Bangkok.
