“Very clean and comfortable apartment for a family”

New, clean, nice, comfortable, safe, quiet, has a small kitchen, on the river, and reasonably priced....what's not to like. Perfect for a family with small children.

“Excellent Bangkok Chatrium hotel”

Lovely hotel, wonderful view if you get the river view, excellent location on the river with a boat shuttle to the skytrain station. Rooms are large and well equipped with a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a convection microwave oven. Staff is friendly and very professional and efficient. Restaurant is good with a wide selection of different cuisines and the included breakfast is nothing short of stunning (probably the best we ever had). Next building has a top class spa that my wife used it every day (reasonable priced too). Top floor (36) has a high end Cantonese restaurant. There is a 7-11 with an ATM and a Starbucks in the next building too. Overall a very pleasant experience, definitely our address when we return to Bangkok.

“Wish the Chatrium was located in every city we visit.”

Warm, friendly, and always helpful, the staff of the Chatrium treated us as though we were the most important guests in the hotel. I've never experienced such excellent and sincerely pleasant staff. We also loved the hotel’s location. We particularly enjoyed the peacefulness after a long day sightseeing. It was so easy to navigate Bangkok via the city’s river transportation from the central pier which was accessible with a short and relaxing trip on the hotel’s comfortable shuttle boat. We found the restaurant, as the hotel, an incredible value. The food was excellent and we found a quiet dinner on the patio watching the river traffic romantic. I really can’t say enough good things about the Chatrium. I miss that incredibly comfy bed.

“Excellent Stay homw away from home”

Staying at Chatrium was excellent for the price and right on the river bank. Well connected by ferry. Metered Taxi service all time. Break fast was vey good. Staff is very knoledgeble of Bangkok tours. Arranged good tours for us. In total stay at Chatrium was excellent.

“chatrium suites”

The hotel was fantastic, spectacular views, wonderful breakfast. There is only one restaurant opened and the food os very average, this is at the moment is the only failure in an otherwise wonderful hotel

“Chatrium, Bangkok”

This hotel was wonderful. My boyfriend and I were so impressed from the moment we checked in. The room was beautiful, our view of the river was great, and the staff was fabulous. The breakfast was great and helped us to stay full until dinner :) We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle after a long day site seeing. One night we were tired of trying to find a place for dinner, so we decided to dine at the restaurant. It was great to sit by the water and we were pleased with our meals. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

“Baby friendly hotel”

We stayed at the Chatrium Suites for a few nights. The room was clean and spacious - and one of the few hotels I've stayed at where everything was well maintained and working. The staff were friendly and professional, with a high level of English language skills. We had our 5 month daughter with us, and I must say that this hotel is very baby friendly, when we checked in a cot for our child was offered without having to be asked for. EXCELLENT HOTEL.

i would go back.... i would go back.... i would go back!!!!! in a minute : ) completely loved Chatrium Suites--I forgot to mention the staff--another plus--they were ALL so nice-- Bangkok is magical, if you let it be..........staying over the river kind of puts you at ease in a very bustling, frenetic city--we had such a beautiful corner suite, river view-- and again--ah........the beds!!! the rest of the trip was not so comfy at night : ) I say stay there-- it was our favorite hotel/Band B in all of Thailand~ *****5! stars .....betsy

“Excellent”

New hotel on the bank of Chao Phraya river, boat takes you to the train station (or you can take a taxi). Great views, huge rooms, pool, exercise equipment, room service with not completely unreasonable prices, concierge service. One drawback - internet access costs about $20 per 24 hours.
