Best in Bangkok Asok area
This is the only hotel that my family and I stay at when we visit Bangkok. The location cant be beat.You have access to everything. Just a 5 minutes walk to metro, skytram or subway. Its tucked away in a quiet alleyway among the bustle of the city. There is a park about 5 minutes away as well. Its a great place to run, walk, do yoga, or let your children play. There is also a huge mall close by where you can eat, shop, watch a movie, or catch a cultural event.

Great Location in Bangkok
Great location in a short dead end road very close to Asoke station. Comfortable bed and extremely quiet room (at least at the rear) considering the closeness of the hotel to busy roads. Reception staff were very efficient and courteous but could smile more. Arranged late checkout at 6pm for half normal room rate. There are a couple of massage establishments in the vicinity which could be a minus (or a plus).

Quiet hotel, conveniently located
Value-for-money Hotel, conveniently located opposite Terminal 21. Near Metro and BTS, yet in a Quiet Soi. About 500 m from Benjakitti Park, good for early morning jog/walk. This is probably my 5th or 6th stay here, since I discovered it.

Would have given them a higher score but the stay was spoilt on the last day when we checked out. We asked the concierge to get us a taxi to the airport. He said they can only get us the THB500 taxi. We wanted a taxi that goes by the meter and he said you have to go outside and get your own taxi. We were aghast as we had stayed at many hotels in Bangkok over the years and this the first time a concierge tells us to go outside with bags and all to hail our own taxi. We had to argue with him on what kind of service is the hotel providing and he reluctantly went out to hail a taxi for us.

Brilliant hotel in downtown Bangkok
Great hotel, very clean, and easy friendly helpful staff. Location is great and only two minutes walk from BTS. Quiet secluded entrance keeps you away from the noise of the street, so a good night's sleep too.

Budget Good hotel with great location
It all started nicely with the doorman who is very kind to auto introduce where to find local cheap food, shopping, giving direction. I booked a standard room with breakfast but somehow was offer a free upgrade which was bigger and fantastic on the higher floor room 404. The only downside was that we can only get the room after 2pm even though we were there close to 12 noon. Breakfast is simple and standard with option of 1 or 2 eggs and how you want to cook it with selection of having beacon, bake beans, pork/chicken hotdogs (you can choose all if you can finish). On top of that, there are small selection of bread, a daily dish change like fried rice, spring roll, prathai noodle etc. Shower spray in bath room is strong and good. Bed comfy but blanket wise have some hole. Lastly they allow me to have an free extension of 1hr late check out. They also help arrange an airport taxi transfer for 500bht. Location is gd with mrt and bts 2min 2alk away. Will come back again.

Staff was pleasant and a welcome tea was served upon check in. We were upgraded to a superior room which was quite spacious. The room was clean and service staff was friendly. Best thing about this hotel is its value for money, really conveniently located and yet very affordable. Will stay again.

Few terrible things happened during our 5-night stay from 12-17/2/19 which had been worsened by the way we were treated by the manage t and staff. Especially after the water pipe affecting our room burst. Imagined the inconvenience involved n unhappiness elicited by the poor handling. The staff promised that we would get a reply from the management on 19/2/19 but I am still waiting for it upto this moment!

Good location, value for money, however, there is an issue with getting a taxi. Most taxi drivers flatly refuse to pick you up in the dead-end alley, apparently because then it forces them to go the inconvenient way into Sukhumvit traffic. On our way out to the airport, we had big luggage, that it was out of the question to hug up and down the stairs of BTS Asok Station, just to be on the correct side of Sukhumvit, so we ordered a Grab, which turned up, eventually, and we were on our way.

Wash your coffee cup
This is one of the hotel that I stay most of my trips to Bangkok. But recently I noticed that there are ants in the room if I leave my coffee cup after drinking
