This was a great hotel in a sweet location, very convenient to get around the city, with a 7-11, an ATM and 2 massage places at the corner, a Rock Club across the street, and a fabulous Thai restaurant within a close walk (Ole). The only issue was the weak internet - it was very hard to maintain a stable connection for the TV or laptop, and the pool could have been a few degrees cooler. The rooms were large suites though, the food was amazing, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would stay there again!

very convenient location, just a few minutes walk to BTS station. within 10 mins walk to a shopping mall. Juat a bit difficult to find the hotel entrance as its 20 to 30m inside a lane. the condition of the hotel is not really well maintained, but it's fine for me for a couple of nights' stay. the family suite is good it for family with kids. we have 3 adults 3 kids, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms twin bed is good enough.

The family room was OK. What was disappointing was there was NO internet for us to watch movies or programs on TV. Channels were not clear due to poor signals. Wi-fi was intermittent throughout our 6-day stay. Water pressure for the shower was poor and as a result, there was less hot water. The service provided by housekeeping, front deskk

Nice hotel but the service was slow. I arrived late like around 2AM but the hotel was so dark and I thought they were closed somehow. I wish they could make it more bright at night, so people feel safe and have no doubt that they are close.

Rummet är för lite man kunde inte röra sig i den. vi var 3st och fanns en soffa med 2 platser och sovrummet kunde inte öppna dörren halv väg eftersom fanns inte plats mellan tre sängar man måste hoppa över för att komma på sängen.
