Too remote
They advertise 2 for 1 happy hour on all alcohol but when i ordered a beer i was told it was only on Heineken draft...i complained and they did give me the extra beer. Breakfast was very basic..probably because i was the only guest there...i just had toast and cornflakes.

I booked the suite, so the room was big. The price is also good. Anyway, the amenities inside room are old and there was no socket to plug the phone close to the bed. I also find the breakfast is poor for European taste. There is nothing much close to the hotel, but it was convenient for me.I did not try the restaurant.

The bed (mattress, sheets, comforter, pillows) were of excellent quality. Breakfasts were a great selection of Thai and western options. At least two types of rice and one or two of Thai noodles, one or two soups, a curry, three to four other varieties of Thai dishes plus fruit. We stayed 10 days and never tired of the delicious food-- we never tried the Western breakfast options. Staff were friendly, our room was kept clean, rooms had adequate temperature control options, it was delightful. The only caution would be for fitness buffs --was some of the equipment in the exercise room didn't work.

Kinda Sweet Junior Suite
The Junior Suite room matched the hotel photos, except the actual room is a bit older than the photos illustrated. However, there is a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and a large LED TV in the living area. Overall, the room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. The most disappointing part of the hotel booking was the included buffet breakfast. Most of the food is fried and tasteless. I had to get a full stomach with multiple bowls of cereal and several cups of coffee. Any 7-11 mart offers a better food selection. The hotel is also not very close to the BTA train line so taxis are essential. Additionally, most of the staff do not speak English very well so foreign travelers should not expect good communication.

Could have been better
It’s was good for the most part. Things weren’t clearly explained in terms of paying for food or the prices for massages etc. The food could Hagen been better, the buffet breakfast wasn’t good. Only one channel in English, the comfort was great, great nights sleep. Overall it was ok, but, for the price I paid, I was expecting better.

The hotel is okay but the location is the worst ! Its in the middle of no where . I had to spend for the travel and since it is far off it is very expensive .Instead pay more and stay in a good location. This was the worst hotel till date that I have traveled simply because it is middle of no where ! DO NOT OPT FOR THIS HOTEL. The staff does not guide you well ,gave me wrong directions and no one knows English there !

Ok hotel
Customer service seems quite good. We got a good deal where we stayed in one of the suite, which was great, on the top floor with great views of Bangkok. The restaurant for breakfast looks a bit aged.

A good standard hotel not far from central bangkok
A nice little hotel. the executive rooms are huge and well equipped, the staff are all lovely and extremely helpful, but don't expect a big international hotel experience. This is a hotel where the locals come to eat and Thai residents stay, so the Thai food is good but the international cuisine is a little below par, but still ok. all in all' i'd stay here again in an executive room.

All Season Gold Orchid
Have stayed at this hotel several times in business transit. Love the hotel and staff. The price is economic and the hotel room is very nice. This hotel comes with all the amenities a traveler would require for business or leisure. The only down fall is that the location is not near any attractions. It is however, on the main vein that runs through Bangkok. Taxi's are cheap and readily arranged by the hotel staff.

Great service and very nice hotel. The only thing I would caution against is staying here and trying to get places without the use or a taxi. The only thing within walking distance that is worthwhile is Jacks, which I would recommend for the food, atmosphere and service.
