The staff are very very friendly and helpful. Hotel feels safe as you require to tap your hotel card in the lift. Hotel staff are very quick at cleaning the room as well. However, one ratchada buffet was not delectable at all and I was surprised that there is no bedside charging. Charging ports were oddly located far away from the beds. The rooms do not seem soundproof as we are easily woken up by sounds from the corridor and traffic. Nonetheless, staff are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel and service was great. The staff was super friendly and very quick with everything. You have malls all around the area but at night time is when the vendors open their tents. There is really great food across the street at night. If you’re looking for comfort and away from the crazy night life, this hotel is great.

Grand fortune hotel is excellent in every aspect from custom service to cleanliness of the rooms. There was a small issue we had with our room upon checking in but management and staff took care of it immediately and we were impressed by their handling of the situation. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay there.

Next to phra rama 9 mrt station which males it convenient to go anywhere by mrt. Grand Rama mall is also next to you. The night market is also there as well. Hotel staff were very polite and their service is great.

Poor service. Old facility.Very low quality of breakfast. Room was smelly and not clean The black stains on the bed sheet, the blood stain on the pillow.
