False advertising.
No bar/ spa altho the website advertised there would be. No wine/beer at restaurant. The webite said there was a bar and hence we chose this hotel. Hotel in slum area, no restaurants near by. Hard to get taxis to and fro.

Ziniza was very disappointing.
Very noisy air conditioner, gap under door let light and noise in, very little hot water and luke warm or cold shower most days, continental breakfast was toast and coffee, 24 hour laundry service took 3 days. Staff were friendly and helpful when they could understand English. I booked and paid for 9 nights but stayed 8. I changed to a city hotel where I could get a hot shower. Not recommended for business travel.

Great staff!
The staff here were very very nice. They definitely went out of their way to accommodate us and it was very much appreciated. That being said though, the Wi-Fi here sucked. The neighborhood was in a weird location and we had lots of trouble finding taxis and tuk tuks to take us there. Otherwise our stay here was comfortable.

Location is NG but the room is big.
The location is far from MTR ans BTS . The shuttle bus to JJ PARK schedule is only 9:00 and 13:00. So you need to book taxi to anywhere.

Stayed there for a week, staff ar friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent. Room is spacious and clean. Just that the hot water isnt very stable and location is not that great if you are looking to shop in town. Nice place for weekend market stay and just to get away from city.

Room very good but hotel location a challenge for getting into the city as no taxi drivers knows where it is .. I had to use my GPS to provide Sat Nav to the hotel. Breakfast was good 1 day of the 2 - as only one day they provided a buffet. Good flat screen TV but no international channels. No bar. Suitable for travellers with a car ..and Sat Nav. Reliable but slow wi-fi.

Nearest train station:Bangsue Location : Some alley which don't have any street lamps at night(very dangerous) Breakfast starts 630am-10am. If you arrive for breakfast at 940am the staff are quite unhappy. The rooms need renovating as the furniture are old and the bed is hard and pillows are too soft. The toilet drainage hole is exposed and makes the toilet smell like sewer. Getting a taxi from the hotel to go out is not easy unless you book day trip taxis. Only good thing is free hotel tuk tuk shuttle to Bang sue station. Don't try to pull your luggage and walk from the station to the hotel, take a taxi!

Best hotel in the area
Was looking for a good hotel in this area and was definitely pleased with my find. Hotel rooms are spacious and have everything you need, including free fast internet. Didn't try the breakfast as I had to leave before breakfast service started.

This is a beautiful little hotel, that is incredibly comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable and the TV is great. If you are looking to visit the centre of Bangkok, then be prepared for a half an hour ride on the BTS. The free breakfast is very good and has a good selection of food. We also ate dinner which again was very good food. overall can't fault it.

Nice hotel
Definitely will go back to this place again! Everything is nice and breakfast is wonderful. Good location too as Tesco is within 5 minute walk.

Nice hotel, Excellent Service and Great Value
Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff was wonderful and went out of there way to please on several occasions. Breakfast was unique and there was plenty from which to choose. Rooms were spacious and common areas were inviting and comfortable. The only thing I could complain about would be that there isn't much out around the hotel and it's location in Bang Sue is pretty far from downtown Bangkok, especially with the heavy traffic Bangkok is known for. However, the hotel has a nice restaurant and the food was very good and very reasonably priced.

Lousy location and poor service
The condition and cleanliness of the room was good, however, location was very remote. It is difficult to walk from MRT station. The taxi driver do not know the direction to the hotel well. No Breakfast buffet as there are not many guests during our stays. Most of the staff cannot speak English. One of staff was not helpful enough on the day when we returned to collect our luggage after checkout in the morning. I will not recommend to anyone.

Cleanliness of room/hotel- Room is quite clean & comfort. Hotel location- Not good at all. No taxi want to send us from down town to Hotel Ziniza. Especially when at night, there is no any shop-lot & restaurant around the hotel, you must go thru one dark road to reach the main road (About 5 - 10 mins), & walk to the Tesco.

excellent for long term.
I been staying at this hotel for 3 weeks and I took a suite which provide washing machine, microwave and living hall and separate bathroom. Convenient go to MRT station even it's very dark at nite but really safe even walking alone. I will come and stay at Ziniza again.

Terrible location
The rooms were big and nice. The rates were very affordable. The breakfast was not bad. However, the lobby was small, the reception/service was poor. The staff couldn't really speak English and were not too helpful. The worst part was the location. It is hard for taxi drivers to find and some taxi drivers refuse to go there. It is far from any interesting location and from the MRT and Skytrain.

Walk to Bang Sue station
The hot water required a trick to work it that took practice. Every cabbie asked us why we stayed so far from the center of town. But we initially booked 2 nights and stayed 5. Breakfast was upscale. Price was right and buses or metro to downtown took 30 minutes for 40 cents. Comparable to places 2 to 3 times as expensive in Phuket.Saw no scam artists in this part of town..

The location is convenient. Just a few walk from the MRT station. (But it's a bit difficult to figure out the proper routes to go directly from the station as there is a river that separates the main road from the hotel area) The room and the amenities were satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast included.

Good service and staff but bad location.
In general hotel was good. Nice rooms, satellite TV with several English channels, daily room tiding, delicious breakfast. Two bad things: 1) Staff is a beat weak in English. 2) Location of the hotel is far from the city center, but nearby Bang Sue subway station is a good choice for public transportation.
